I travel quite often across the country and that’s why I have a PF Black Card. In my experience, Jordan at the front desk is one of the best employees you all have in the entire organization. He was extremely helpful this week as I visited a gym new to me. Every time I walked in he was kind and gracious and attentive. When not at the desk he was cleaning something. I guarantee you he deserves a raise and should be what your front desk employees should strive to be. I am still going there just because it's close to my apartment. Other than that, the staff, specifically the manager and the guy who recently had a haircut, are so rude and unprofessional.Take forever to fix the out of service thing.I am counting on one of that for 5 months. All they need is to put the sticker that this is out of service, and then nobody is fixing it.If you go to the front desk and ask for the management so you can ask about it, it is like you are asking for his/her kidney.Totally unfriendly staff.

I like the facility itself. It has some good machines that other PF locations in the area are lacking and is always nice and clean. That being said, the staff is here is super rude. They barely interact or interface with you as a member, and if you ask them a question or to help with anything they look at you like you’re stupid.

Great location and plenty of equipment. Never have to wait at 6am on occasions and at 6:30pm. A world better in my opinion than the other places. Staff is top notch friendly and professional.

Eric and Jordan are excellent employees. Keeping the overnight gym safe and clean is impeccable and on point and they are major contributors.

I love this planet fitness. My home gym is on Greenville but this one in Richardson very clean very big and more equipment
