I love coming to this gym. DaeDae is the best! She’s super friendly, always smiling, always doing her job, and always making sure everybody here is taken care of. She is the best part about this gym :)

It's a great gym, convenient location and really clean, friendly staff. Just one thing, never leave your belongings without lock. I made that mistake and someone took all of it including car keys, they used my cards, etc. Recommended, but never, never, under any circumstances leave your belongings without a lock.

I travel for work and I have been to a ton of Planet Fitness gyms. This is one of the best. The equipment is new and updated. Bathrooms are pretty clean. A great place to work out. Not to mention there is a Target and Kohl’s next door.

I have been a member 1 year before the covid 19. I live next door @ The village where there is a new 2 stories gym with basketball floor. I didn't feel comfortable there even if it is free. I feel more @ home @ Planet Fitness and the month fee is very affordable. The staff is very nice.

Had a horrible experience with the staff for some reason they would not let me know why I had to have two credit cards on my account never had to before. Would not give me their full names or a supervisor name so I could contact them. Bad customer service but the equipment is great but channel #7 does not work.
