Great place for a fun workout and great for private parties!

Decent variety but can be confusing with multiple locations so make sure to read the schedule. I hear that teachers seem to come and go and classes can be canceled last minute, which has happened a few times. Classes are also canceled for random holiday weekends which makes getting a monthly membership less appealing. Cancellation policy SUCKS so be prepared to shell out $25 every time you get held up at work or in traffic....Prices are not competitive and not much reason to go besides studio time. Other spots in Dallas have higher ceilings and more to teach (most pole/aerial classes just seem like the same curricula over and over again). Not a bad place if you're looking for an intro but for the people and workout I'd rather go elsewhere.

An amazing studio to learn pole, silks, aerial lyra, and partner acro! Those are only a few of the classes offered at VFD. It's a different and interesting way to work out, gain strength, and flexibility. Pretty much covers everything. They also offer classes like chick boxing, TRX, and BUTI fitness which is more cardio intensive. For working on flexibility, there's a stretch, contortion, and flexibility class and aerial yoga. The instructors are encouraging, helpful, and positive. Just like how there's a variety of classes, there's a variety of instructors so lots of fitness classes to choose from. That's one of my favorite things about VFD is the variety so you don't get bored. Since I've been coming, I've gain upper strength, flexibility, and confidence. It's a fun and positive environment to be in. I highly recommend this studio/gym.

So I love workout at VFD. They really push me to my limit and make me go that extra few inches so i can reach my goals. The staff are super friendly and i dont think i could find a better more supportive place to work out that here. Thank you all

Two things about VFD. First, the classes are just amazing. I have been practicing silks and hoop for about a year and a half now, and I can't begin to describe what they have done to completely transform my body. If you put the work in, you'll see results.Second, the community is really unparalleled. Everyone is so supportive. We just had out student showcase last night, and my husband remarked, "The energy in the room was amazing. I can't believe how loving and supportive everyone was!!"I would recommend Vertical Fitness to anyone. So much fun.

I really enjoyed giving it a try. I signed up for both the Beginner Aerial Silks and Beginner Pole Fitness classes. It was shame on me for scheduling them back to back. I say that as someone who is teetering too close to 200 lbs and is trying to find ways to keep my work outs interesting. Taking my weight into account, the pole class is definitely not for me. Maybe far, FAR in the future but not right now. I really enjoyed the silks class though. It was a little easier and I emphasize the word little. But despite it's difficulty even for a beginner class I was still able to really enjoy myself. I'll probably weight till I reach about half my goal weight till I try it again but I do want to try it again soon. The instructors are very encouraging and positive which is great. The owner pops in on every class which I think is great because it gives you the chance to meet her if you so wish to. And I find it very admirable that the instructor in my silks class is pregnant and could still do what she does. It's inspiring. THATS ALL>

This is the BEST fitness facility I have EVER been to. The staff members were all personable, able to answer questions about each of the many classes, and helped me to feel immediately at ease. At no point did I feel pressured to sign up for additional classes or contracts. I was able to have a tour of the different classrooms to see how things worked! The options are so fresh and fun and I had the time of my life! The classes I took were not oversized and I got the perfect amount of attention and instruction. I also loved that the classes were diverse. We were all different shapes, sizes, races, and skill levels. Additionally my instructors were extremely skilled, experienced, inspiring, and attentive.I am VERY confident in the shop being run here. With all the fitness options and helpful highly personable and skilled instructors, I believe, without a doubt, this facility will help me achieve the fitness goals I’ve only dreamed of going after.

Vertical Fitness Dallas is wonderful! The instructors and students are very positive and I've found myself looking forward to my weekly classes. I've gained strength and confidence at VFD and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to better themselves. Try pole, silks, TRX, pole, etc, but you have to try it!
