AC has been broken for months. Assistant mgr started flat out lying saying AC is on, but they don't control it (later admitting it). Vote with your money - go elsewhere

the atmosphere is sad and depressing, lacking basic equipment, the locker rooms smell, not hangers on the showers, to many old people.

A jail gym is likely better than this place. Good if you like to train under low ceilings, no natural lights, humid and dirty.

This place is pretty bad. Very dirty. Broken everything. The owner of this franchise needs to be disciplined.. we pay good money for a decent gym. We get below par product

Went at 8:30pm (after the post-work rush) and it smelled disgusting. Showers/bathrooms in women’s locker room were not well maintained, I didn’t want to go into the pool based on the water color, and I couldn’t stand the smell in the weight room.

This location is not worth the membership or time. Better off at the Super Sport in Milbrea. The machines area is sad and cramped, free weights the same. It's almost as if they just threw all their excess equipment that got replaced from other locations here.

This gym has all the equipment you need but is the dirtiest/ filthiest gym I've ever been into. I am from the burbs but since ive been around daly city/ san Mateo area this gym is the worse when it come to cleanest!

Has basketball court which is a plus. I would never use the jacuzzi or the pool because it looks like it's been abandoned for years. The whole place is a little dated, probably built 10 + years ago but it serves its purpose.

For your own sake, do not go here. Drive south like 20 mins and go to the 24 hour fitness down there. This one is super small, smelly, and honestly probably the worst gym I've ever been to.I advise management to go in there themselves to look around and then start making improvements...

It’s rare for me to leave such a poor review for anything but, of the many many 24 Hour Fitness locations I’ve trained at across the country, this one is consistently the absolute worst, aside from the nice staff.1/3 of the cardio equipment remains out of order for months at a time. Every other day another cable machine is broken and remains without a replacement. Half the barbells are bent from overloading. The floor is warping. The machines are all visibly old.I’ve heard the associates call this 2nd or 3rd oldest 24 as if it were a point of pride but really, it’s embarrassing because you can tell. Train elsewhere. You’ll pay the same for a better experience.
