Nasty,smelly, disgusting gym. Free weight area is dirty and has a bad stench to it. The staff don't seem to care because you will never see them downstairs. They should shut down this gym.

Worst 24hr fitness I been to. No towel service, building is a run down hanger with no airflow, smells like butts and mold, no place to lock the bike up. It's a 20 minute bike ride from my house but I'm going to just bus to downtown from now on its so bad here.

Shame on 24 hour fitness. Machines smell not good air ventilation..classes are pack with no air old equipment..what is wrong with management and their corporate office. They see these reviews but do not care to put money into this gym..

It's stinky, dirty, and ghetto, but it's cheap and gets the job done. I'm just here to work out and go home. If you can't ignore the swampy odors and the old men who shamelessly flaunt their junk, then this is not the place for you.One thing that does irk me is that there's only about one set of 5lb. or 10lb. weights, while there's enough 45lb. plates to rack 10 of them on every barbell in the gym. It's great if you can bench/squat 500+lbs., but not all of us are hulking behemoths.

This gym should be rated minus one. All the other comments regarding the sorry state of this location are true. In addition, the Stereo system for group Exercise classes has been broken for over 10 years. I watch frustrated staff and instructors struggle with it every week. If it was not for the awesome instructors, I would not set foot in this gym.

The gym can use some improvements. The bathrooms were recently remodeled but it's not enough to claim the gym as a great one. Some of the equipment are out if service and many of the them have been for several months.

Very bad condición all the gym in general.Mainly Jacuzzi handle falling down ( one side),.Shower areas very dirty...Bathrooms disgusting dirty.All floor dirty.Hand driers broken apart and very dirt....NO HOT WATER. 2 days...Employees DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. JUST IGNORING THE SITUACION AT THEIR OWN WORKING PLACE VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CLUB.

After reading all the bad reviews I was a bit concerned about going to this 24 Hr Fitness, but since it is the closest facility to where I live I went to check it out. I took a tour of the entire place with the manager before signing up with a Silver and Fit Plan. (For folks 65 and over with certain insurance plans.) The place was clean. It didn't smell bad at all. The women's locker room was well lit and well maintained. The manager mentioned the things he had remodeled and talked about some things that were next on his list. He was very kind to me and very considerate. I have been in gyms where as an older woman I have really felt discounted and beneath being worthy of help. I didn't feel that way at this gym at all. All the staff I met there were courteous and friendly. I would suggest before believing all the negative Yelp and Google reviews that you go and check out the Daly City 24 Hr Fitness for yourself. I am glad that I did. I am really glad they have an indoor swimming pool!

DIRTY locker room, NASTY restrooms, BROKEN AND OLD equipment!!!! I have been to many other 24hr fitness and they are great, but I come here most of the time because is closes location to my house!!!!

Air circulation is terrible. Old and dirty bathroom, crowded with old equipment.Hot tub water too hot and loaded with too much chloride.The worst location in the Bay.
