First off, only some of the equipment is new and the rest are old. The mirror room looks like it’s never sweeper/ mopped during the day or even in the week. I watched the janitor clean the water fountain with the Clorox spray, but I didn’t see her use hot water to pour over the mouth piece, just wiped with disposable paper towels. It’s most definitely not the cleanest gym, on weekends I’m out in Milpitas and their 24 hour fitness is way better.

I saw an unexpected payment on my account, all I asked for is to speak to a manager about it for an explanation, then a female individual showed up claiming she was a manager with a bad tempar started cussing me out and used all kinds of profane words in the book against me, for only saying that this payment was not in my agreement and I need to speak to a real manager about it.

Worst bathroom ever floors always drenched with water and dirty, on top of that they only have heavy dumbbells downstairs have to ask permission in order to use the lighter ones upstairs and have to walk back down and still have to bring it back to them........ I’d imagine they’d be where they belong that’s what I’m paying for!!

Building is old, but that's not really a big deal. The building is very run down, that is a bigger deal.Machines are also not well maintained, I just signed up and I'll be going elsewhere this gym needs work.Free weight selection is super limited as well, number of machines is lower then you would expect considering how many reviews talk about that.

Old equipment and dirty place. I go to the gym late at nights and I see the cleaning guy pouring only water on the restroom's floor, he does not use any kind of disinfectant. I addressed the matter to the front desk several times but seems they don't care.

It's quite unique. Each workout area (apart from general/cardio on upper level at guest services) can be found in it's own separate room on the other side of a door as you walk down the lower level hallway (where locker rooms are located). Also, BYOT (bring your own towel)

Good gymManagement especially the Latino muscled guy is a complete dbag. Watch out for this falace with a body. Also some fat white manager that watches people as they workout possible the worst team of dingbats the bay had to offer. the place is old run down and sucks. What else is new. If you hate it dont come here dummies. Other then that it's a crappy gym and it's bad. What else is new. Other then that it has a good selection. That's all I need.
