It'd be great if someone from the staff doesn't yell at the members by just assumptions. It's better to first verify what's happening and then talk.

The shower you take in your home in 5 minutes is a minimum of half an hour here because the water flows very little, it takes a long time to take a shower. there should be a place to put shampoo and stuff

Great atmosphere + the staff gave me a much needed physical card to check in, I don’t have the iOS app. A while ago they didn’t have physical cards…! I’m forgetful & tend to not even use my phone .

NEW REVIEW - 03/28/23Don't know what happen to this place, my previous review I said one of the best parts about this place was the staff and the fact that they don't bug youBut apparently there is a new policy where you can't REST or use ur phone AT ALL when on a machine?Tonight I saw the manager go around and harass multiple members about this, she even kicked one member out and made a huge scene, I saw him and he literally had just put the weight down.This is very disrespectful and I am seriously reconsidering staying with this gymThat makes no sense whatsoever, I can't rest between sets? I can't track my workout on my phone or text someone between sets when I would already be resting?So now the employees will come up and bug you about this!The other staff is still very nice but this new policy is crazy, if this continues I'm moving to another gym. I come here to workout not be harassed.The new machines are great and they fixed the initially bad layout they had when they first revamped so nothing bad to say on that part.Everything was going really great before this policy change.--Start of old review--Relatively clean compared to other planet fitness locations around here.Doesnt get insanely busy, and its nice after 9pm.Covered parking, good amount of showers, nice locker room.It has somewhere to weigh yourself and pretty spacious location overall.Also has private changing areasOverall this is one of the nicer gyms in the area, the staff is very cool and chill.For all its downfalls the staff makes up for it!

It’s way too crowded even when I go in the early morning or lunch time. They need more free weights, and more weight-lifting machines. On the five machines I wanted to use today, I had to wait for each one.I cancelled my membership within a month. If you want a place to do cardio, this is your bet. But to get a solid workout in a timely manner, go elsewhere.

Dirty, make your team clean those restrooms in a timely manner, every time I visit it’s always dirty. Management and staff need to step up their game

It is always crowded and you have to wait a long time for the machines. If you normally work out for 1 hour, it will probably take you 1 hour and 40 minutes to finish your routine. new machines, cheap monthly payments, but little regard for the number of people, and parking is limited.

To whom it may concern:This morning, I spoke with your front desk employee (Sophia) regarding the following issue. She also noted my complaint in the front desk records. She told me she could not approve any refund to me of any money and proceeded to give me an email to reach someone in the management office who can resolve this issue.In covid 19, when your gym was closed I called your location to cancel payments and the person who I spoke to said no money would be taken from my account furthermore since you were closed. This person said because the facility was closed I could cancel my membership by phone. No money was taken out of my bank account, I considered the matter resolved and my membership canceled. After 2021, money began again to be taken from my account. I received no communication that my membership (which hasn't been used at all) would continue. A total of $430.00 has been removed from my account without me knowing. If you check my membership plan I have not used the gym at all, since I was told my membership was cancelled in 2020. I only realized that you have been taking money from my account because I recieved notice of an overdraft fee since you tried to take out the fee when my account didn't have funds.Today I had to personally go in person to again cancel my membership. I find that this amount that has been removed from my account, without my consent and without warning from you, completely unacceptable. As I told Sophia this morning, I need the above amount to be refunded. To have had to take the time out of my only day off from work to settle this matter is unbelievable. I am a father to 3 young children and a wife who is at home. Unapproved fees like these can heavily affect my family's budget. Again, I ask that you check the last time I used my gym membership and you will note it hasn't been used since COVID19.I look forward to hearing from your management team very soon.
