Planet Fitness

I have been to quite a few different Planet Fitness locations. Those I have been to are all pretty nice. This Planet Fitness parking lot was difficult to find parking in. I have a large vehicle and there was no room to maneuver. The lot is shared with a couple of other small businesses, but it seems the gym should have this parking all to itself. This gym is way too busy to have this small of a parking lot.

Just signed up a little over a week ago and I am more than happy! The staff seem to take great care in cleaning all the equipment! The bathrooms/showers are very clean! The staff is super friendly and helpful! I have not had trouble finding parking, but I don't generally go during busy hours.

He's actually pretty in your face aggressive. I gave someone a ride and was waiting for them in my car because of I finished my workout first. He literally crossed his arms in front of my car and stared at me trying to intimidate me into leaving. That's not right. I get he is doing his job but that's not the right way to go about it.

Nice gym, and getting better. Undergoing renovations to expand locker room area. Friendly staff, and good assortment of equipment. Lots of free weights and machines. Doesn't stink like most gyms. Parking can be difficult during busy hours. I love that everyone minds their own business. Good place to workout and not be bothered.

The staff here is always very kind and upbeat. I visit this location to workout in the morning as well as the evening (depending on how my work schedule shapes up.) It doesn't matter what time, they are always friendly. The equipment here is always available and when something is out of service. I see the staff attending to it in the same week which I really respect. Yes, the men's locker room can be a little smelly. But I see the staff placing odor friendly devices everywhere and constantly tending to the well being of the locker room. So to be fair, I have to chalk that up to the people who are inhabiting the locker room. I've had a membership at 4 different planet fitness locations nation-wide. I would highly recommend this location. Yes, the parking is tight. But you are in silicon valley and they provide as much space around the building as they can. So I respect that much more than I do the complaints and poor reviews.

Very decent gym. Parking can be tricky, but really haven’t waited longer than 5 minutes. Lockers are very clean, although I wish the men showers were as clean.

That is worst, dirty and fool planet fitness in the whole US. I was in planet fitness in almost all states just because I am always move for my job. But horrible than that I never was. Actually I understand that San Francisco it is don't have enough space to get a better service. Just because the city is to expensive. But service your stuff is what you can change. I means yesterday I was there. And some stuff don't wont to give me enough coin for using a massage chair. They looks like I am a homeless or prisoner. But is not. And even it will be truth I still had a member black card. Actually they give me all what I need, but the black peace on my hard already with me. And whatis salty of that history - the massage chear is damage and work wreally bad and looks older than my. Sorry for that long story, but you will need change​.

Better than smaller Planet Fitness locations, but still feels crowded. And when it gets crowded there just aren't enough free weights to go around. Also like all other Planet Fitness, I've never seen any loose barbells. Just dumbbells and smith machines.

The sound didn't work on three treadmills. Staff was just hanging around and joking with each other. It is a $10 dollar membership but that's no excuse for poor customer service. Also they don't want to give you coins for the massage chairs. The guy at the counter even had the audacity to show me an empty basket and tell me he didn't have more coins. I realized he was treating me as if I was stupid. The coins are inside those little boxes on the side of every chair, you just need to use the key and work!

Great gym, they have an event where every third day of every month they give out free pizza from Cybelle's pizzeria which is just right next to the vicinity. I would recommend going on Sunday's or any other when the place is less packed. You can get more workouts done that way. In fact, around the lobby there is a schedule that pin points days where it is less crowded.
