I was to start today here, but this guy “Jeremy”, the one at front, was super disrespectful. He just start treating me different when he listened that I was talking in Spanish. Although, he was licking a lollipop all the time he tried to speak with me; thats kind of disgusting. Of course I did not signed up. Good gym, bad people.

Planet Fitness Daly City needs a complete revamping! and I know they know it. Compared to all the other planet fitnesses this one has the worst equipment/old and damaged equipment. They need to update a lot of the equipment and add more equipment that other planet fitnesses have. I would love to continue going here for my workout but it definitely is not motivating especially when upper management don't want to invest in this location.

Refered my friend here because he was looking for something affordable, however, being a gym buff he wanted to do the first visit free opportunity to check it out. Bigger lady at front desk (Never said she was the manager but sure acted like it) demanded he give her $25 to go in and was screaming in his face. It was insane. Management/Corporate needs to take care of corrupt employees who demand cash for free services. Stay away

The gym keep getting worse by day. Machines break and take over a month to fix. There are 6 stair masters, and for over a month now only 2 work. The fans are turned off even on hot days. The ones on the second floor have even been disconnected from power to prevent users from turning them on.I know it is cheap so we can't expect much, but please at least the little equipment you have working.

Big club with lots of cardio equipment and machines. Fyi, they are not honoring free workout pass from PF website. They gave me half off day pass rate so paid $10.00 to try them out. I met a copy of the other members, they were very nice.

It's a gym and it's cheap. The special Black Card area smells so didn't sign up for it. Over all the place is clean enough. I don't use the locker room but I go home and take a shower. Kind of hard to do with a mask on. I only use the weight machines and some dumb bells and when I go during the weekends around early afternoon it's not busy. WEAKEND WARRIOR! But if u want to use a bench or some of the cable weights sometimes you gotta wait (no pun intended). I recommened it for the price and no commitment deal in case you quit. No frills joint.

Got minimal cable machine attachments, small free weight workout area. Cardio station should be upstairs to give more room for downstairs to add extra machines or make a bigger free weight workout station. And adding another cable machine or leg press. Too much waiting time for stations to be freed. Staff is super friendly and clean il give them that

If you’re an avid gym-goer or bodybuilder, GO ELSEWHERE! Most of the people giving this gym 4- to 5-stars are undisciplined gym novices with little to no experience of what it is to hit the gym. This Planet Fitness location is quite limiting. It is usually crowded (despite what it’s app “crowd meter” underestimates), causing you to waste time as you wait for an occupied machine to be freed up after the previous user has finally finished texting or talking on their phone. Many members are inconsiderate, moving free weights from one end of the gym to the other (mostly the females) while lazily never replacing them anew. The free weight rack is much too close to the work-out benches, causing people collisions. The weight rack is always empty of the more essential weights. Too many members workout too close to one another without considering one could slam a free weight onto another. Most of all, since this gym with it’s laughable “No Judgement Zone” mantra, many of these yahoo members don’t know what their doing, waste space (and time), and must feel entitled to treat their workouts as social gatherings than paying attention to their routine. The front desk staff doesn’t seem to care what’s going on, seem completely aloof, but fortunately, I’ve managed to figure things out on my own without their help. While Planet Fitness enjoys raising rates, they do nothing to fully expand upon having more gym gear, or better yet, configuring more space to accommodate this location’s ever-increasing memberships of inconsiderate dolts.

Woof! Great spacious workout and stretching area downstairs, chill main floor with superb weight machines, and air-conditioned upper floor with state of the art biking and treadmill machines and 10+ big screen tvs.Not to mention suuuuper delectable eye candy from top to bottom.😆 …

Odd layout. Old gear. Place is under heavy construction so I'm confident it will look amazing once completed. It's a gym, has what I need so I won't be snobby about its current state as I do see major changes underway. Nicest bathroom mirrors I have ever seen tho. :) UPDATE: The gym has not improved. In fact it has gotten worse. Let me start with the butterfly machine. 2 Years???? Really?? 2 freaking years?? This machine has been out of service for almost 2 years. I left the country for all of 2021, returned and it is still out. Unbelievable. Get it together, already. The gym is a mess. Bathrooms are hardly clean, there are spent paper towels every where on the floor and front desk kids lack social skills. They are always yapping and don't even acknowledge members when checking in or going into "spa". So many things wrong with this gym. Is there even a manager? Because it doesn't seem like anyone is running it.
