Planet Fitness

It has all the machines you would expect from a planet fitness and is very large so you won't be waiting for you're preferred workout machine. That is the only good thing about this location. Has no wifi, no black card member amenities (except basic massage chairs) the showers all have broken or non existent shower heads and not very private. I've been to planet fitness from California to Arizona to Colorado, this one is by far the worst I've ever visited.

The staff can be more friendly and helpful.Employees just direct you to Scan barcode and move on. Not even a friendly hello. Oh well.Straight to business with working out.The are plenty of machines available and good place to work out just as long as you don't spend time in the restroom.Restrooms and shower could use some SERIOUS remodeling. It's disgusting and smelly in that bathroom and shower area. The trash cans throughout the gym can be overseen quite a bit more!! Always see it pipe up with dirty paper towels! Oh and no Wifi available at this location.Overall, decent gym -Gets the job done but service and appearance different from what I'm used to back in Florida PF

Like other PF locations, a good price. But this locations is just too crowded. The locker room is not nice. It's so busy they can't keep the trash cans emptied. No one puts weights back. There's not enough weights. I appreciated their attempt to provide parking but it was still crazy. Maybe I don't understand the complexities of living in such a densely populated area, but if you can afford to spend more money at a location that has less customers, you will be happier. Also, no muscle milk like other PF locations. Lame.

I like this Planet Fitness because of 24 hours service. It is always full and busy. The parking could be a struggle between 500pm and 730pm. The staff has always been friendly (at least with me). The only thing I which they could add are more spinning bikes at least 3 more (there is room for spinning bikes). All equipment works great. I have never seen a broken piece of equipment here. Always clean, well mantain and ready for the next work out. Thanks guys, great job.

Many people seem have problem canceling membership. Yet, mine went through quite smoothly which is beyond my expectation.The whole dialog as follows," Hi, I want to cancel my membership""Ok", scan my card and do some checking on computer."Reason?""Moving"half a minute later..."Sign here and you are all set."REALLY?!! This is the easiest cancellation ever in my gym experience. I was ready to be bugged with questions like where are you moving, can you still stay while we offer you some discount with their long unhappy face. This whole cancellation only lasts less than 3 minutes!Good quality, good equipment, 10 bucks a month and easy cancellation. What else can you ask for more.

This is a fine gym. The facilities are well maintained. The locker room and showers are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The patrons come in all ages and sizes, and, in general, are polite, and focus on their workouts. Some even manage to take care of cell phone business while they exercise. The gym lives up to its motto - no gymtimidation.

This is a great gym for me. I like to work out at 4AM so the hours are great. I also like the amount of cardio machines available. As far as weight lifting options, there are a few smith machines which are great for me since I usually don't have a spotter. The best part of this gym is the atmosphere. I like that I am not getting mean mugged every time I head to a machine or weight rack. Overall great gym glad I joined.

shady! Shady! SHADY! The gym itself is decent, but the way they do business is horrible! I had to move back to Florida on short notice for personal reasons, wrote several e-mails regarding membership cancellation. I even tried calling their number. No answer, no response. I talked to a few friends, who were previous members, and they warned me that NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE, or responds to e-mails. So a couple of months later, I was able to make it back and I dropped by to ask why my credit card was still being charged. I explained that I moved back to FL and tried to get a hold of them via e-mail and phone prior to it.The manager, Stella Roberts, had the nerve to tell me and I quote "We receive thousands of e-mails a day, we don't have time to go through each and every one." Can you believe that? I was infuriated! They don't have time to go through e-mails, but they are very quick to sign you up to a new membership when you come in person. They also make you jump through hoops by having you go to their corporate office if you want a refund. It's obvious they do not have a problem ripping people off. BEWARE!!!

If you're looking for a place to work on cardio, this gym is great. Clean gym and the staff is really friendly. Doesn't have a lot of weight lifting options but what they have does the job if you know how to train. Parking can be a hassle sometimes.
