Kickaro's Martial Arts & Fitness - Danbury - Kids LOVE Karate

My 4 year old started 7 months ago as his first activity since covid began. We are thrilled to have found a clean, safe space for him to learn the lifelong skills that martial arts entails. He just earned his yellow belt last week and have seen such determination, excitement and discipline since he began working with Mr Michael & the Kickaros family.. couldn’t be happier with our experience this far!

There are not enough words to describe Master Michael and Kristine's kindness and dedication to the kids. Throughout the pandemic Master Michael went out of his way to make sure the kids could continue to learn and grow. Now that we are back in action in person, it is amazing how my son's skillset has grown. They both have an amazing way of connecting with the children. I am extremely happy we found Kickaro's!

Mr. Michael is by far the best instructor and one of the kindest genuine people that I have come to know. My daughter has been a student for over 3 years now and she looks forward to every lesson with mr. Michael. She has learned so much in just this short time and she now pushes herself to keep going towards her goal of Black belt!

Mike and his team are great with the students.He's Engaged with each student And shows Discipline.Get ready because his class is filled with positive energy.For example at the end of almost each class mike tells the students to listen to your parents because they work for you And some other stuff that’s very supportive to the child for the parent. Along with all the hard work you’re putting in his class.It’s little things like that that make his class perfect for my son.

My name is Francesca and my son and I have been students of Mr. Michael for over a year now. I love how adaptable he and wife Mrs. Kris have become during covid. Both classes have helped my son and myself. The kickboxing classes are an awesome way to get a great workout and to release some stress. I absolutely love the care and dedication that Mr. Michael and his Wife have put into their classes as well as keeping everyone clean and safe.

Even with a class full of kids, he pays close attention to both my boys and meets their specific needs, while encouraging them to do their best. Highly recommend Kickaro’s! My almost 4 year old daughter has loved going here since the moment she started and she looks forward to it every time. The instructors are knowledgeable, professional, and excellent with kids. I can see a difference in her strength and coordination in just a few short weeks. This was by far the best decision I have made as a parent in search of a life long activity to enroll her at Kickaro’s. Don’t hesitate to sign your kid up! So worth it!

We wanted to get our son involved in some physical activity for his summer break and try something new other than normal sports. We were unsure as to how he would preform and didn't know if we made a mistake by doing a year commitment. He definitely proved us wrong. Over the course of 2 month we have seen a major improvement in his strength and over all skills. He has leveled up from white belt to yellow belt and no sign of giving up. He is motivated and excited to show up to class everyday. Michael is a amazing teacher and treats every child with full respect. I would highly recommend kickaro's to any parent that is looking for their child to improve their physical and mental skills in a new activity. You will not be disappointed.

Kickaro's Martial Arts and Fitness is truly the best!! Mr. Michael has been working with my very shy 4 year old son. Within minutes of my son meeting Mr. Michael he was laughing, listening and trying his hardest. Mr. Michael is amazing with the kids and his classes are not only fun but they are high quality. I drive 35 minutes to bring my son to Kickaro's because I feel there is no better place!
