love the sense of team work, the variation in the workouts, the fact the coaches really care about pushing you and helping you better yourself! I also love that there are modifications to everything for all different types of people and different Fitness levels.

Strenuous workout, in a group setting. I did yoga for two months before I started here, and I would recommend starting with something easy if you have been completely off exercise for a long time. Professional atmosphere; teaches a wide variety of weight-bearing exercises for all abilities.

I always see improvement from one class to the next-Whether it’s burning more calories, or being able to increase my base pace or use a heavier weight. Everyone is so positive and the coaches are motivating. I leave feeling accomplished and looking forward to the next workout.

Orange theory is just the right blend to allow you to progress at your own pace and yet push yourself to attain more. The trainers are wonderful (especially PJ) and helpful with alternate routines if you aren't quite ready to do it one way there is an alternate way until you build up. Loving it - and people are very friendly and supportive. Recommend to anyone from beginners to those who work out all the time.

Super fun and VERY effective. I am shocked when I see my results at the end of each workout . The coaches and the staff are all so very caring too. Very professionally run and it is a welcoming place for ALL levels of fitness

By far the best gym in Danbury, and the best 60 minute workout you can do. The team here is great and they work with you to help you meet your individual goals. Definitely check them out, you will not be disappointed!!

The workout is as intense as it can be in an hour. All Coaches are very nice and motivating, specially Lindsay with her sparkling personality and great sense of humor. They create a wonderful environment and made the workout enjoyable.

OTF has been a wonderful addition to my weekly workout routine which to be honest was pretty bad prior to this because of my schedule. The variety of times and the supportive community make me want to workout. Also, Coach Victoria is amazing - she answers all questions and is very supportive.

This place is awesome! I’ve been going 10 months now since they opened and it doesn’t get old, boring or mundane like other workout programs and gyms. I have almost consistently gone 5-6 times a week since they opened. The coaches here are incredible, the staff are friendly and attentive, the studio is clean and inviting, the other members are welcoming and encouraging. This is like no other gym or fitness program! You have to try it! The first workout is free, so you have nothing to lose!
