I am 64 years old and Love this place-coaches are instructing and guiding the entire hour. You will leave drenched but feeling so good when done! Highly recommend. Well worth any other program I have tried over the years.

I’ve been coming to OTF for five years now so get ready for a long review explaining why this is 5 stars and beyond. First, this is the longest gym membership I have ever held in my life. I’ve gone to big box gyms like the Edge and taken classes but it is NOT the same as Orangetheory. The classes have limited capacity which helps the coaches to keep tabs on the members and develop a relationship with them to learn their true fitness goals and even life goals. Everyone also is doing the same workout to the best of their ability so it is also leveling and helps create a more communal feel in class. This overall creates a bond with members and coaches that is just unlike any other gym. It becomes a family that is there for you on your best days and even on your worst days. The workouts are also amazing. You do everything, you run, row, core work, TRX and weightlifting. You do workouts you probably normally wouldn’t do in a big box gym on your own. For me, Orangetheory was a game changer for my long distance running performance. I went from a personal best half marathon time of 2:01 to 1:43 (9:14/mile pace to 7:51/mile pace). If you’ve been thinking about trying Orangetheory I strongly urge you to just bite the bullet and try a class. It’s free to try it and if you hate it, then at least you didn’t pay for it but I in my five years of being a member and convincing my friends, coworkers and family to take a class, I haven’t heard one person say “this was awful”. It is worth it and you are worth the investment.

OTF-Danbury is truly the gift I never knew I needed! In Dec 2021, I tried a free class at the urging of my daughter, Dana who has been hooked for a while. I was pretty hesitant, thinking it was way over my physical ability. It was hard at first (still is!) and a bit intimidating, but the coaches and staff are amazing! They’re great at what they do and just the nicest, nicest people. Need more convincing? Get this! I went from 31.2% to 22.2% body fat in less than 6 months. Give yourself the gift of OTF. You’re worth it.

Orangetheory fitness is a very effective workout program.This program includes a heart rate monitor to monitor my heart rate and my calories burned and the stats are always emailed to me so I can track my progress. It is a very supportive and challenging fitness environment. This is the perfect place for me because I continue to learn how to lift weights correctly and I need to be pushed when I'm on the treadmill. Working out at Orangetheory has given me physical results that I am very happy with and improved the health of my circulatory system.

I was looking for the right mix of cardio and strength to get everything done in one shot and this is it! I look forward to coming every day and love the unknown of what the workout is going to be. I just show up and put in the work. By going 5x/week I get a great balance of sprints and endurance and hit all of the muscle groups. Music is good, facilities are clean, instructors are engaging, and splat points are good for accountability.

Orange theory fitness in Danbury Ct is incredible. I have been taking the 8:20 class with Kathy for the last few weeks and she is a motivator! So enthusiastic every single class. She is helpful and supportive. So glad I found the studio. I’m that much closer to my goals, and it is a joy to go there for my workouts! Great place all around -loving, supportive staff and teachers. A community all working together.

Orangetheory is the greatest workout I’ve ever done! Not only is it physically challenging, but it’s so much fun! The coaches in Danbury bring positive energy, excitement and motivation to every class. Every class is different, so I never get board. It’s the best hour of my day!

So glad I joined! Started in July with a free class at my daughter’s suggestion, and signed up the next day! The staff and coaches are awesome! Friendly, helpful, supportive and an easy going atmosphere. In the few months I’ve been doing this I’ve already seen significant improvements on all levels. Hooked on OTF workouts!
