Hands-down my favorite gym to drop into when I am in town! The staff is super friendly, the workouts are well-programmed and the facility is awesome, especially the outdoor area. Love running into and catching up with the coaches and members at statewide competitions throughout the year. Highly recommend CF Showdown!

I’ve been with CrossFit Showdown for over 5 years now. It’s an incredible community of coaches and members. The gym is clean, updated with new equipment and has plenty of space to spread out. I’ve been able to achieve my fitness goals through great programming, outgoing/engaging coaches and motivated members who encourage one another! This happens to be my 5th CrossFit Gym… and hands down, the most enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Crossfit Showdown isn’t just a gym. It’s a community ! The environment is super warm and welcoming. The coaches are extremely professional and supportive of each and everyone they meet. It’s a place where you can challenge yourself, get results and have a great time while working out. It’s definitely a great place to start your fitness journey or to pick up where you left off !

I am so glad I joined CrossFit Showdown last year this is hands down the best choice I’ve made. All of the coaches are very friendly and supportive! No matter what level you’re at the coaches know how to help you get the most out of every workout. I love how the coaches keep you motivated and hold you accountable so you can reach your fitness goals. I always look forward to going to class and feel amazing when I leave. I really like that everyday is a new exciting workout to push your self to the next level!! The energy in the gym is incredible and I highly recommend joining this wonderful gym!

WORST experience ever I had I’ve, never went to CF and I was so excited to start it when I got there they were so nice in the beginning but after I paid show his real face TUCKER with his bad attitude which I never saw since I moved to FL his bad attitude let me hate the place or even think going again and when I asked for refund he refused DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE

This is the best crossfit gym in the area. I have been to many and Showdown has the friendliest members. They have great coaches who give good instruction and motivation. Showdown also has many social events

Took a long break from CrossFit and was looking for a new place to call home. After my first class I knew this was the box for me. The energy was great, coaches are great, and I felt super comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Awesome gym and very welcoming! The camaraderie is fantastic! The coaches dedicate their time and expertise to always deliver excellence! I highly recommend this box wether you’re a seasoned athlete or a beginner and everything in between as the coaches are able to tailor the workouts to your fitness/ ability level.
