Really cool place to train, I always found CrossFit way more enjoyable than a regular gym and if you compare the pricing of this place vs other CrossFit place you’ll found this place have better pricing and you can trying every day if you want to, but I think they don’t open on Sunday, no quite sure. This is the best Crossfit gym I’ve been to by far. The coaches are awesome and very well trained to give you the best experience possible. I am very happy to be part of the CrossFit showdown family.

Having been a member of Showdown for quite some time now, I can honestly say it's a top-notch box in the Broward area. The coaches are not only attentive and tend to every individual's capabilities, but they're also very personable and always check on you to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals. I also give props to the owner of the gym, who ensures cleanliness of the gym on a regular basis as well as always offering new products, services, and even fun events to better enhance our CrossFit experience (i.e. supplement offers, physical therapy sessions, and group outings to hockey games, to name a few). Last but not least, the members are awesome and supportive of one another, which is a fundamental reason why I joined CF in the first place. Give it a try!

Best CrossFit gym I’ve been to.While on business travel in Ft. Lauderdale, I stopped by CrossFit Showdown for a quick workout. I was immediately greeted by Coach Tucker and Coach Linda who made every effort to make me feel welcome. Not only that, but the workout was programmed perfectly, the equipment was clean and the class was well coached by the expert staff. This gym has built a fun, energetic and supportive community and I can’t wait to go back! Strongly recommend!!

I've been training here for a couple years now and continue to get better and better. The programming is always evolving to challenge the members while still allowing all levels of fitness to adapt to their needs. This box is very spacious and has an amazing outdoor area that is great for kids to play while you get a work out in. The owner embraces a family culture and tries his best to cater to all members. Great community!

This gym is absolutely the best one you could go to. I'm a very shy person and I tend to be really insecure going to gyms. Not this one though, I've never felt so welcomed at any gym before. The coaches there are absolutely so kind and sweet they make sure you're form is correct at all times and there's modifications for everything. The people the go to the classes there are also very sweet! Even if you finish last and feel like you can't go through it they'll cheer you and that's such a great feeling! I've never experienced something like that before. It's like a big crossfit family! This is a great place for all levels and definitely woth to try out!

Fantastic CrossFit Gym. Great coaches, who push you gointo heavy weights intelligently without causing unnecessary injuries. I started about 6 months ago and this gym has completely changed my life style. Tucker is both a great coach and a business owner. The atmosphere around the gym draws me back every morning specially when I do not feel like going.

The atmosphere of CrossFit Showdown is very welcoming and energetic, they cater to all members/athletes equally. The coaches are very approachable and knowledgeable. If you need any specific scaling, have concerns or need assistance with being taught something they will take the time to address your request/concerns to give you the best workout you can have and if you have specific goals in mind they will definitely encourage you to reach those goals.Last but not least, in addition to the coaches being your cheerleaders, your fellow peers at this box will push you when things get tough, encourage you when you have doubt but most importantly no matter your fitness level you will be challenged to be the best you. The energy to strive for progress and to give your all each workout is contagious.

Been doing crossfit for many years and never really hit any Pr's. I joined Showdown 9 months ago and significantly surpassed all my previous Pr's. The coaching is amazing, the programing is incredible and the vibe is great!!! Keep doing what you do!!!!!
