I've mailed them three times in an attempt to terminate my membership, but my efforts have been unsuccessful so far. Whenever I make a call and request further assistance, I receive the same evasive responses. I'm extremely frustrated with this establishment; they've taken my money without justification and continue to do so. I am considering legal action against them. Additionally, the restroom facilities are being misused by homeless individuals for bathing. If I could put zero stars I would
