this is the cleanest gym i’ve ever been to. i have eczema so being comfortable in gyms is something I struggle with. I recommend this gym.

Brand new facility. Plenty of machines. It gets busy but you can exercise just fine.

Very poor experience when canceling my membership. I went in to cancel my no commitment membership I was told by one of the young female staffers that she would cancel it and that I would get an email. Sounds weird because normally there is paperwork to sign. My wife also signed paperwork. So I went back 2 days later and since I didn't get an email. I was told it would have been canceled on September 1st by Fernando and a short stocky hispanic guy with a chin beard, wearing a black shirt, maybe a manager, both saying the same thing that it would be canceled on September 1st. Called on 9/3/2023 and spoke to someone else and they said my membership is still active and that nothing was canceled. So now I have to go back a third time. If I could rate it 0 starts I would. Poor customer service and staff lying. I don't see when they couldn't cancel my membership right there and then. They probably didn't want to cancel it so their numbers would look for August 2023. If they would have told me that, I would have been OK with that and just came back another day. But being lied too........ Poor customer service. If I do sign back up with planet fitness, I'll go out of my way to go to a different location. Customer service isn't what it use to be unfortunately.

I been coming here for a while now I absolutely love this gym it’s clean and the gadgets are amazing! The trainer Courtney is amazing and efficient! She waste no time in getting you in shape. So excited to continue training with her!
