Employees are very nice but contracts are set to make money and inconvenience those trying to end memberships.

Very friendly people working there. Stayed for a month for a family visit in Ohio and they made it possible for me to swim and use the gym there during this time. Best wishes from germany

Gymnastics teacher is rude to parents and children. Terrible experience. During the first month her teacher seemed impatient and at times told the kids “your stressing me out” this was a group of most 5,6,7 year old girls. At one point my daughter tried to ask for help and yasmine (coach) told her to start working. When I believed she was going to get injuries (on the mat somersaults where she’s rolling on her neck) I called her over and tried to help her. Yasmine yelled across the floor parents stop coaching then yelled at my daughter that she didn’t ask to get off the mat. My child was the youngest in the class and left to struggle through by this instructor. Second month got cancelled and I’m glad. I wouldn’t come back if it was free.

My favorite Y. It’s definitely more than a gym, the Xenia Y is a family, between the awesome members and staff, group exercise instructors and lifeguards, there’s always someone to lend a smile and a positive comment. I love the Y. It’s so clean, and everyone is so friendly and so down to earth and REAL. The group fitness classes are the best! I love the 5am crowd, and the 9am crowd! The pools are so clean and roomy, and it’s really nice to have access to some many different kinds of equipment in the functional room.
