Best raw powerlifting gym in the metro Detroit area, hands down. If you lift here and embrace the culture, you'll find family and friendship in abundance. As of this review, September of 2023, there's five combo racks, two monoliths, four deadlift platforms, almost every bar you can think of, and enough red kilo plates for every rack/platform to be in use at the same time. In addition to the powerlifting equipment, there's plenty of machines, dumbbells, cables, cardio machines, etc. The list goes on. This is the kind of gym where you learn everyone's name, they learn yours, and you look forward to showing up even on the days you don't feel like working out. The owner, G, and the all of the F3 trainers really make you feel like you're not just a member of the gym, but a member of their team and family. I love this place and if I ever have to move far, this will be the number one thing I miss about the area.

All around yikes.Looks nothing like the photos. When I came in there were 0 actual employees. 0 lockers. 1 bathroom. 0 masks and was told by a PT that after I sign in I don't have to "worry about that whole mask thing".I made it front to back and clocked maybe 4-6 weight plates TOTAL.Every single surface, whether a table, bench, reverse hyper, was COVERED in multiple people's water bottles/phones/ wallets/ etc.Even as someone who is self proclaimed a lil messy, it was jarring how dirty everything is.Pretty obvious the barricade they've put up at the windows since covid, the one that blocks all the natural light, is more to hide the fact that they aren't enforcing any aspect of covid safety. And it says a lot that their lack of equipment and terrible cleanliness is the worst factor in all that.

This place is against Excuted orders. Not 1 person including employees is wearing face masks. It is not safe to be I'm a place where not 1 person has a face mask on while there are over 10 people working out. Disgusted.

One of the best gyms out there ! The trainers are knowledgeable and professional! The vibe is positive and Brandon is a phenomenal PT. I do group training...this is my 4th session and I feel phenomenal. They are accommodating and Brandon adjusted my workouts to suit my personal needs due to a knee injury !

I contacted my trainer Brandon to let him know “I can’t make it in tomorrow” he got an attitude with me and I didn’t go back because I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I asked for my money back because I had prepaid for sessions.(I had only used a few) He refused, then talked about the situation with other clients and went on to say “if she wants it back she’s gotta ask” but when I asked he ignored me. Also never got the meal plan that was promised or anything.

This is a gym that is for people who are serious about losing weight/getting in shape/gaining knowledge about how form follows function. The tabata classes are nothing to mess with! Kettlebell is extreme and works out every part of your body! The instructors are always willing to help you and offer encouragement. I only wish they were open later, so I could make more classes in between going to school and work.
