The most unsanitary place in earth! I only come here ones a week to do the kick boxing class otherwise I would never step a foot in this place! People is rude blasting their music in the speakers and not wearing shirts, oh let’s not mention the infant kids around the gym.

Unwelcoming front desk guy. I issued two guest passes for my children. Refused to let them in. Asked them for ids. Refused to let me pay for a daily pass. Claiming they dont have ids. Even when I asked to cancel my membership he refused but somehow he is able to sign them up for a membership without ids.

Worst LA fitness in the state. Andreas, the guy who works in the front desk always gives us a hard time. The gym is always dirty and the jacuzzi and sunna are always not working!

Warning please save yourself alot of money and do not sign up for the personal training contract at this location!!! They have a difficult time keeping trainers, so you will be paying for nothing. I've had almost 2 months of no training! They tell you that you don't lose your time it will just roll over to the end of your contract or you can go to another site. Ryan will tell you anything to sell the contract. He will tell you that $39.99 gym membership fee will be included, but it is not. You will still be billed for both. Unfortunately this has happened to many other members. Just go to the gym to workout and take the classes. Don't fall victim to the contract!

Useless mngr the worst in the nation 1/4 of equipments schedule for maintenance also the sauna will work for a week and down for over a month plus the jacuzzi down been over 2 weeks Useless wasting our money for nothing. Lot's of people's complain but the mngr don't care all he's focusing on his bonus. And to top that off Gym not clean filthy!

The facility is clean but there are never any toilet seat covers in the womens bathroom. Broken machines takes forever to get fixed.2020 update from my previous review 5 years ago.I go to this gym first thing in the morning before I go to work. I’m usually there around 6:30am. Audrey (staff member) is the ONLY person who speaks to customers when they walk in. She always says good morning and has a great attitude. Now when she is not there, I have to deal with the rest of the staff Who never speaks, sits on their phone and eat their breakfast at the desk!!! Machines are broken or defective for months at a time. I wonder if they even check them routinely. TVs aren’t working on machines, treadmills don’t recline or shakes at a certain speed. These things should be checked. Just last week there were roaches in the ladies locker room. Something needs to be done here ASAP!!2023 UPDATE! I will be canceling my membership. Things are not worst! This gym is filthy!!! Machines are still broken…..No paper towel, just nasty!!! Please see pics!!!

I get a yearly allowance for gym so I really don't pay for this. I go to this one because it's close after work and for the pool.However, out of all LA fitness I had been, this one is in serious disrepair and filthy.A number of integrated weight machines do not have a pin for the weights. In some cases, they have a sign that states its broken, but its been weeks like this.About half the cardio equipment is broken or really worn out.The sauna is extremely filthy and not working.The pool is fine. But some of the illumination fixtures are missing.Children and teens come jump and dive in the pool potentially hitting swimmers, no one from the staff controls this situation.The weekend/evenings staff has no manners and cannot replay to a "hello". Always on their phones.

Only reason I go to this gym is because it is close to my house and planet fitness doesn't have a bench. The staff here, aside from one sweet older lady, does absolutely nothing. They will have 6 people sitting at the desk doing nothing. They don't keep the place clean, weights are all over the place, and people just walk around in nothing but shorts.

This gym has everything you need to do anything you want to workout, plus an indoor swimming pool, whirlpool spa, sauna, Basketball court, and racquetball court. I come to this city to visit my mom, and the guys there were so nice to give me 10 days free pass to train during my stay. Thank you so much. They also have group fitness classes with yoga classes with variable hours for convenience. The place is very clean, clients are so nice and polite there. And anytime you ask one of the employees they are so happy to help. Try the juice bar they offer amazing drinks.

The fitness and Sauna and pool and squash rooms are very organized and clean and functional and up to date. I was a guest with my brother and they are very hospitable. The basketball is just one court and usually busy so we can’t count on playing every-time.
