If you are looking for an AMAZING workout, you have found it! Everytime I go, I burn 500 + calories! It's a heart rate based workout with infrared-so you burn calories days after your workout and it's different everytime you go! All of the staff is so helpful, supportive, and motivating! Ive been a member since this place opened and I LOVE IT! The workouts are always challenging but the trainers make it FUN. I'm never disappointed. Its also conveniently located with a variety of class times. The staff is ALWAYS friendly too!

I can't express how great this place is. Workouts are amazing. Everyone sweats! The variety of class times allow me to workout around my work schedule. The staff is super helpful. I've yet to have an issue they were not enthusiastic to resolve. The energy in this place is what keeps me coming back time and time again. Great service is rare and I'm happy to have found a gem.

I absolutely LOVE Red Effect! Everyone is so motivating and the instructors are amazing. It’s awesome knowing that not only am I getting a killer workout, but I’m also benefiting from the infrared itself. A class that aids in anti-aging... yes please!

I love this place! I've never been motivated to CONTINUE going to workout like I am going to Red Effect. The trainers are amazing and there's no judging...just motivating! I had a hard time with some of the activities on the weight floor and they will always give you personalized alternatives if you need. Also, this is not push, push, push...you push yourself in spurts and catch your breathe in between. It is on the pricey side, but worth it. I always feel terrific leaving from my body detoxing for an hour.
