Sattva Yoga is excellent and has exceeded every expectation I had of a Yoga center. The facility is extremely clean and well maintained. The instructors are very knowledgeable, patient and attentive. I'm very glad I finally decided to start practicing Yoga and picked Sattva Yoga Center.

Sattva yoga center is the best studio in metro Detroit! I have been practicing here for about a year. If you have been practicing for years or new to yoga, this studio welcomes everyone and the instructors will help you tailor the classes to your personal journey. Chuck (owner and instructor) takes the time to get to know you and help you tailor your practice based on your personal needs and limitations. Getting personal attention and guidance has helped me understand what a posture should look like and what I should be feeling while in the posture. I've grown an enormous amount coming to this studio. The focus on the breath during class has helped my stress levels and calmed me during my practice and throughout the rest of my day. I've always been athletic, but never been flexible and each day I practice I feel and see noticeable results in my flexibility and strength! If you have questions or want pointers here, ask! They try not to be invasive, but they are always happy to help and spend the time ensuring you are getting the most out of your practice.

This was my first time practicing at this studio. Holly was my instructor and she was very welcoming and helpful. Her class was relaxing and smooth. I am planning on going again!

I have attended many yoga studios over the years and this one I believe is in its purest form. I have been a regular to the studio for a long time now and would recommend it to anybody. I recently just took the yoga foundations three hour workshop and I have to say, it was by far the most educational, effective and compassionate training I have ever attended anywhere.

I've been practicing at Sattva for six years, and still find it rewarding. The practice environment is quiet, no blaring music or silly nature sounds, which is a rarity in Southeastern Michigan studios. Chuck is a terrific teacher and friend. I recommend Sattva to anyone devoted to their yoga practice.

Sattva was the first studio at which I practiced and was my introduction to yoga. To date, it is one of my favorite studios. Chuck is a great teacher for all levels, the practice is traditional, and the studio itself is wonderful. Highly recommended.
