Always have a positive experience with the team at this PF location. However they need to step it up when it comes to the mask policy. I called beforehand to ensure they were still enforcing their COVID-19 mask policy and the young lady stated they were (except for when actively working out) and that they still had their sanitizing stations set up. However when I arrived about 70% of the guests were walking around the gym and common areas without a mask or with it around their necks. After a year of not being comfortable to go to the gym again due to a weaker immune system, my guest and I did not feel safe.

I came to this gym on & off for 7 years. Simply loved it- always. Before & after the remodeling. Staff is top notch. Everyone is super nice. They are there to do their job. They don’t seem to slack and act like jerks like at other gyms. Unfortunately I had to move WEST near Leesburg. Miss this place :(

One of the staff member was rude to me. I started going to another local gym but I go back to this location for my bf who I got to join the gym. He still has a membership and forces me to go with him when we go together. I lived other planet fitness locations and honestly love the 30min work out room but don’t want to belong to a gym where staff is rude!

I really appreciate the staff here, they make you feel valued, and are always welcoming and helpful. Nick is a great manager. I don't know everyone by name but all the staff here are very kind and helpful. They've been great, especially during the covid ordeal, about making sure people wore masks when required etc. Equipment is kept clean and never funky. I'm super grateful for this Planet Fitness!

Very friendly staff. Clean and sanitary environment. Not too crowded. Love going here, it has all the necessary machines needed to work at my goal. Glad I chose this gym. For only $22 a month it includes additional tanning and massage machines that help with my soreness. Very good gym!

Staff is friendly enough, however they're not enforcing their own regulations, especially during the pandemic right now. Most people walking around the gym without a mask on and are using multiple equipment at once and not even wiping them down after they're done with it, nobody practicing social distancing either. Saw one staff member go on the floor in the hour and a half was there and that was just to take some actual towels away from one of the trash cans.

I really don't know how to begin. Let's say that I have been working out for more than 35 year and as you can imagine I have been in a lot, a lot of diferent gyms and definitely this Planet Fitness it is something worth it of visiting and enrolling, the staff one of a kind, the dedication of this people are unique. Hard to find a place cleaner and nicer and in the other hand, the visitors contributed to make this a working out paradise..5 stars ×2

My husband brought me with and I was amazed!!! Rite when we walked in we were greeted by a super nice young lady... I was very impressed with how clean everything was... There are cleaning stations conveniently located with a peroxide sanitizing solution, paper towles, and hand sanitizer... All of the equipment seems brand new!!! I love how each exercise machine is clearly labeled how to use and tells exactly what part of your body it is for... and as if this weren't great enough, they have the Hydro massage lounge chairs!!! I walked out feeling WONDERFUL, and even better today!!!

When first signing up all employees are your best friends. After multiple issues with my account and numerous conversations with manager Nick the issue was still unresolved 4 months later. One female employee chased me into the womens locker room to scold me on my balance, that should have been resolved. After speaking to Nick a 4th time he reassured me that all was well. Nope..again it was brought to my attention of a balance on my account. All banking and credit card information was correct, this had been verified multiple times before. Well I found the solution to the problem, I canceled my membership! The managers attitude was dry, distasteful, and arrogant. The negative energy and dirty looks by all staff was not welcoming anymore. I had been a member of other PF before never had an issue and certainly the customer service was up to par. This location however, in Orange City is very poor, upper management needs a class in customer service and more training with your software.

I love that people from all walks of life can comfortably and confidently work out in such a positive atmosphere. The equipment is in great shape and the staff is very friendly. I also really enjoy all the perks that come with having the Black Card membership. I highly recommend joining this Planet Fitness location!
