Only joined because it was WAS 24 HOURS 7 DAYS A WEEK. was ...... Now 3 days it's 24hours lol Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday lol buttttt on the weekend when ppl are up late .... And nothing to do the next day they close early and random hours. Honestly too many businesses are using "Covid" to screw the public and make the same money but for doing less. I haven't stepped foot in the gym since it shut down in 2020 but I have been charged every month. I told them to cancel it but of course they gotta make things difficult and force us to cancel in person.

This places should be re named “ Planet of the Apes” I was a long time member than covid hit, so I canceled 2 months ago after being Vaccinated i rejoined but never attended due to be sick, so they charged me 24 each month and than charge 44 membership. When I called told them I am sick in my 70s. Can cancel and refund membership since I don’t think I can come to gym anymore.TO CANCEL I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GO THERE. And than they refused refund saying I had to write to cooperate!DO NOT USE THEM FIND DIFFERENT GYM!

Canceled my memberships(mine and my husband's) on the 11th instead of the 10th and ended up getting charged on the 18th, double over drafting my checking account."Sorry about that. We bill through a third party, and you have to cancel before the 10th of the month. Soooooo sorry."Great. Awesome. Canceling was done verbally at the front counter with a guy on a computer, and NONE of that was explained to me. So, how was I supposed to KNOW that? He actually told me I had until the 16th of THE CURRENT MONTH to 'enjoy' my membership benefits.I would have appreciated a heads up, and now I have some over draft fees to pay.Thanks.

My greatest apologies to Planet Fitness Orange City. I posted a review of "rude people". I thought I was posting a review for Nova Rd.location in Daytona. Orange City has a great friendly staff. I apologize for the mistaken review.

GIVES AWAY LADIES INFO TO STRANGE MEN. I started at this gym in January 2020. On my first or second day one of the male employees was joking with other gym members and discussing a girl who goes there, how hot she is, her availability and if she broke up with her boyfriend, and actually gave them her name and info to use in a plot to know her better to hook up or whatever. Really creepy and if you're a woman maybe just go somewhere else.Re to the owner: I did let management know but I have very little faith in them. The manager yelled at me when I tried to cancel and get a refund due to covid, which went down a few weeks after I started my membership. He seemed really unhinged and what he yelled didn't make any sense? "It must be nice to only worry about money" ...what? Unless staff gets a huge rehaul I stand by what I said - avoid this gym.

They are not open 24 hours on week ends anymore. But are Monday through Friday. Clean, (but bring your own shower soap). friendly staff. They have a personal trainer at no cost also. UPDATED POST: I have changed my membership to the Deland location. The Orange City location is dirty and the management does not seem concerned even when I brought some of the SCUM I scraped off of the shower floor. (I have pictures too) I now think you might be better served elsewhere.

Went to the Debary location this morning for the 1st time after relocating from Lake Mary and must state that Kevin was great! He helped me transfer my membership to the DeBary location very easily and with no issues. He also gave me a tour of the gym and responded to my questions in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. He was extremely professional and pleasant and also informed me about the daily classes. He is excellent!!!!

Kat, the front desk attendant was very friendly and prompt with assisting me. The members were nice too, the facility is very clean, and there are numerous spray bottles with sanitizer to clean the equipment. I highly recommend Planet Fitness- Deltona.

So far this is the most professional staff. Not on their phones . Everything is clean, lots of hot water and water pressure is great. Seems every other PF I've been in the staff is not doing their job. Orange City is the best so far. Thank you

I love this gym! The staff is nice and helpful. I love that they have a lot of cleaning stations so everyone can clean after use the equipment.
