This is an update to a 5 star review dropped to 1 star.... Idk what happened to this location but your customer service has dropped significantly. I dropped you guys, been a member since day 1... ✌️

I love planet fitness. It's especially beneficial that they are 24 hours Monday through Thursday

Saw online YESTERDAY that the Black Card membership was for $19.99 until Oct 16th. Went to sign up today and cannot find it anywhere..its back up at the original cost...

Based upon reading the review about the staff making fun of an autistic young lady, I will not be giving my membership to this gym or any other of it’s franchises.

Thank you Eric & Grayson for your help over the phone this afternoon. As much as I did not want to cancel my membership it is impossible to attend the gym at this moment. I will certainly be back in the future and I look forward to seeing you guys there. Thanks again for your compassion & assistance.

No bike rack outside for members on bikes and there is a policy that no bikes are allowed inside.The associate at the desk could not explain to me how to use the 30 minute room and since he was the only associate in tge entire facility, he could not leave to front desk to show me.My 1st time experience was terrible but was made better as I left because there was a different associate at the deck upon my leaving who explained the 30 minute room within 15 seconds.Please invest in a bike rack for members and employ associates who care and are knowledgeable please.

Just moved to the area wanted to join up at planet fitness went into the lobby this afternoon and witnessed the staff arguing with a distraught father about staff making fun of his autistic daughter I immediately turned around and walked out I will not be a part of an organization that condones this type of behavior!!!

DISGUSTED - Staff made fun of my autistic daughter.I am disgusted and disappointed in the staff today at Planet Fitness.Planet Fitness is supposed to be judgment-free!?!My daughter, who is Autistic, forgot something and ran outside to go grab it. During this time a brief exchange was had with her and the two girls at the front counter. Whether it was the way my daughter replied to them or the way that she was running they began to laugh at her and mimic the way she had gestured to them. Little did they realize that my husband was behind them and saw the entire exchange. He told them that the young girl that they were laughing and making fun of was Autistic.The assistant manager, Angel was very nice and apologetic offering an apology on behalf of the girls.After leaving my husband was able to call and speak with the GM who tried to make excuses by saying that my husband only caught the tail end of what the girls were saying, which was 100% not the case because my husband witnessed the entire exchange. This man is not a good leader/manager and obviously would rather make excuses about his staff's unprofessional behavior than listen to a member's side of the situation to properly address the matter.My husband ended up going back to PF to cancel our memberships when the GM continued to make excuses and defend his employees, providing no empathy towards what my husband was trying to explain; instead, he escalated the situation and made the matter worse.The girls, and the GM's actions, offended and insulted my family with no genuine compassion.Regardless, the matter was not handled appropriately and because of this incident, we will not be returning. Trust in that I will make sure to inform my friends and extended family of the type of treatment that we experienced from the Planet Fitness staff and management.

Finished my work out today and wanted to use the hydro beds. The guy in the hat at the counter was just standing there talking to the to young ladies. Tried to get his attention but he just kept talking. Customer service here is declining fast. Very disappointed
