Why is it so hard to cancel. Sent a letter over a year ago and still being charged. They want me to drive hour to come in person to cancel or send another letter that will be “lost” and still not cancel to just steal your money for a service you cleary want to cancel. Then to be hung up on from one of your employees without getting a manager great job planet fitness.Update: Once again I have been charged when my account is closed after sending letters that the account has been closed. Emailed the email below and get no response. Not sure how this is justified.

Not safe any more people recording other customers feel uncomfortable little talking with Miguel the manager and the staff they said is okay as long don't stalking you 🙄. Last time in this horrible place and Bye-bye all the rude staff taking something weird by the way this is a meaning "The epitome of a friend. Somebody you kick it with. A person who always has your back. You can't go through life without a homeboy. It's hard to have more than one, because they're one in a million."

Very nice establishment! Large variety of equipment and it's all well maintained. The only complaint is that the changing room could use a bit of updating

First time visiting this location, and had a very bad experience with the front desk staff!!! Extremely RUDE!! walking in wasn’t inviting! definitely wouldn’t recommend this Planet fitness to friends nor family. Staff member Mike should be the Manager because he definitely make you feel welcomed, especially witnessing a rude coworker actions.

In the first week of June 2021, I had a stroke. I was lucky not being paralyzed.The U.S. Veteran's Affairs with Advent Health Fish Memorial took excellent care of me and now it's my turn to come back, build back my muscles and strength. I need help still.I lost 28 pounds in 21 days. Most of my body became flabby and I needed help, still do. My son recommended me Planet Fitness Orange City, Fl, so I did and joined the Black Card offer.I met the guys in the front lobby and cudos to Nick and trainer Lexy, who took my story and got together for a special training plan, also in mind because of my spinal cord injury. Sorry I didn't mention I'm a 60% disabled U.S. Air Force retired Airman, veteran.I began following Lexy's plan as best as I could and,little by little, I will be improving. The medical teams, Nick, Lexy and the rest of the your staff reminds me, it takes time. Are they right? Hell yeah.I believe I joined the Planet Fitness family and everyone there cares. You care about me, I care about you. I started with the treadmill for cardio and resistance. As the plan stated, I'm following all instructions. In general, I still feel weak and tired. Never had a stroke before, new to me recovering.Right after my exercises, the best I can, I get a hydro-massage, (LOVE THIS EQUIPMENT), get a 9 minute tan and relax.I'm starting to feel at home here, and look forward to a prosper and productive relationship between Planet Fitness and this veteran. Thank you God for keeping me alive, non paralyzed and everyone involved in helping me back to a better life.THANK YOU PLANET FITNESS!

Coming from ESPORTA, this place is a dream come true. I don't think I've seen one person use a piece of equipment and not wipe it down afterward. Everyone re-racks the weights and dumbbells. You can actually move the benches around. It's never so busy that you have to wait around, even at "rush hour" after people get off work. Staff are all friendly.The only cons are that they don't have a traditional bench presses or squat racks, only Smith machines, and some of the leg machines max out at lower weights than I'm used to.Still, they're small prices to pay for literally everything else being night and day better than across the street.

I signed up when they had a $1 sign up deal. It was a few days that went by and I realized they had no gym for my children. I went online to cancel my membership and it started I had to go in or request a form. I decided to go in 72 hours before the date of my next bill only to get the run around that the billing system took it on the 10th and to call my bank to stop payment. I called my bank who didn't see any charges at all with them. From there I called back and spoke with Nick the manager who advised me that the rule was they needed a 7 day notice to cancel membership, that was never stated on the website at all about the 7-day advance to cancel. Nick input a refund request which would only be the better reason to satisfy a customer expecially if I never set foot in the facility to work out due to the daycare issue. Nick promised a cal back the next day. Never received a call. Called back two days later only to find out the refund did not get approved and for what? Definitely will not recommend planet fitness to ANYBODY!!!! Y'all are not for your customers.

I love this gym! The employees are so friendly and look so happy working there. Plenty of machines and freeweights so no one has to wait to do their next set. I love how it's set up so people can workout more privately, with areas sectioned off. Well worth the visit and many more to come!

This lives up to my preconceived ideas. It’s cheap. It does the job even though free weights don’t go super heavy. Caters to people that want to workout but are not there for the gains. Super clean and nice facilities.
