1.) Very functional gym for the price.2.) Doesn’t have as much new equipment as some of the other branches in Frisco and Plano.3.) But the maintenance is good like in any other planet fitness.

I’ve been a member of Planet Fitness for years, but this was my first visit to the Denton location off of Loop 288 and 35. This location was very clean and had a modern updated look. All the equipment seemed new and you immediately experienced that “wow” impression walking in. Staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend for anyone to visit this location when they can.

Been to a lot of PFs and this one is the best. Plenty of machines in great condition.Only negative is the water tastes like chlorine, but that's probably not their fault.

Friendly members & employees at this location. The inside is well taken care of with machines never out of order for long.The outside is parking lot always has trash laying ariund & horrible looking when you get there or walking out to car. Contact-less check in since pandemic, think maybe have more time to go outside to sweep some trash every once in awhile? Maybe also see about getting damaged shopping cart rack replaced or moved? The rest of the shopping center takes care of the section..

Don't expect hot showers here. Ever. This is a known issue the owner or Planet Fitness themselves have decided we're all going to suffer with and they're going to do nothing about. After weeks of showers turning cold pretty much immediately, I brought the issue up to the front desk (who was cool and has nothing personally to do with the problem) and was informed its been this way since he started working here TWO AND A HALF YEARS AGO. Can you imagine? No other PF I've been to has this issue so it CAN be fixed. They've just made the choice not to. Excellent customer service guys. Great job.

It was a good gym. Good price, decent equipment. But this 14-19 year old free summer program is a joke. All these new kids who have no gym etiquitte, terrible form and think they can do whatever they want. Terrible for the gym to be on the brink of losing multiple Black Card Members over a free gym I initiative.

Love the machine options, the overall atmosphere is good too. The front desk staff is not very friendly. They are more interested in talking to each other than greeting their guests. I was waiting to buy a water and after a few minutes of them just talking I walked away. Unfortunately, this seems to be the normal for the front desk morning employees

The facility is well-kept and has a variety of machines to use. The membership pricing is great and affordable, making going to the gym and staying healthy a financially realistic goal I can commit to and keep up with! The locker rooms are clean and has good showers. I'm very grateful for the massage chairs I have access to with my Black Card membership, and being able to bring my friend with me has been a huge benefit helping me stay on track and not get discouraged! The staff has been great, friendly and helpful, I appreciate them!

After I visited as a guest, I decided to join. You can't beat the price for the amenities offered! The gym is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. The only drawback is that you are 100% on your own. I would like the ability to have someone knowledgeable help me plot out a workout routine that would support my goals. So, a chance to meet with a trainer or take a class would be an excellent addition.

One of the employees insulted a family member weight not going to name names. I went the next day to ask the employee if this was true..everything ended good or so I thought because the next time I went they canceled my membership and not only that but my friend and family members membership (DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY) and as far as I know did not reprimand the employee of question
