My coworker asked me to join FXB with her. When she told me it was early in the morning I told her I'm not a morning person. I have now gotten up and moving close to every morning since starting my 10 week challenge. This is the kick start I needed to get back into working out. I love that the classes are different every day so there is never the same old boring routine. The hardest part for me was eating healthy but I noticed if I ate something bad the night before working out the workout was much harder so pairing the nutrition and workouts together was the combination I needed to get the results I wanted. In my 10 weeks I lost 11 inches (4.75 off my waist), 10 lbs, and 9.1% body fat!The instructors are great and keep everyone moving if you are new or have been going for years. Sometimes the class is over before I even know it starts. This is a great place to get motivated for transforming your body.

Shopping for clothes is fun again! After my 10 -week challenge at Farrell’s, I can fit into clothes I haven’t worn in years. I dropped more than 12 inches and a couple of dress sizes. I’m in my early 50's and in recent years, nothing fit anymore even though the scale said I hadn’t gained that much weight. The Farrell’s workouts have totally changed that. I can’t believe how dramatic the results have been!The other great thing about Farrell’s has been the camaraderie and support. There’s a real team feel to the 10-week challenge. And the instructors are great. Being older and having some injuries, I’ve had to modify some exercises, but the instructors have been awesome about helping me with that. The instructors push you so that you have no choice but to work hard and get results! I would never work out this hard on my own but it’s clearly what I needed!Finally, I love having my workouts for the week taken care of. Starting the day with kickboxing is a great stress reliever and puts me in a good mood for the rest of the day. I’m so glad I took the challenge!

What can I say about Farrell's...the entire experience has made my life a better place to be! After a lifetime of battling my weight, I have finally found a program that feels like home. The workouts are intense and amazing (so are the coaches). The environment is friendly, welcoming and supportive, and best of all, you get to eat! And not just a little bit here and there, you get to eat real food in real portion sizes without feeling like you're on a diet. In my first 10 weeks, I lost 11 inches including 4 off my waist alone. I also lost almost 5% body fat -- in 10 weeks, that's unheard of! Combine that with my new found strength (I can do real pushups now!), and you really can't beat it. I will be a member for life. I highly recommend the program!

Farrell's was life changing for me! I went online, searched fitness challenges, found Farrell's and showed up the very next day for the start of my 10 week challenge. It was a great decision! Before Farrell's I was a terrible eater and had a such a bad mindset when it came to food. I have come out of it learning so much about nutrition and what my body needs to see results and feel good.The workouts are awesome and I always feel challenged, which I love!The people are great! Everyone is very supportive and encouraging.I have never felt this good both physically and mentally. I came out of my first 10 weeks a stronger more confident person and have made the nutrition and my Farrell's workouts a part of my lifestyle.

FXB has been one of the most positive workout experiences of my life. I went into my 10 week challenge not really knowing what to expect. I just wanted to find a way to consistently exercise and eat better. Through the duration of the challenge, I found that I had a whole new attitude and understanding of food and what it takes to have balanced nutrition. Unlike every other fitness program I tried, I looked forward to each and every workout with Dan and the trainers. The workouts are challenging and fun. The instructors know how to push you individually to help you find and break your limits. They are supportive, positive and caring. At the end of the 10 weeks, my entire body changed. I lost inches everywhere and couldn't wait to sign on for an entire year. I have made new friends and enjoy the culture of FXB so much, I honestly don't know what I would do without it. Family and friends have all commented how great I look and how much happier I seem. Truly, this experience has been a life transformation.

I am 8 1/2 weeks in - this has been life changing for me! 4 weeks in I was able to stop taking diabetes medication; 5 weeks in I had dropped a pants size even though I hadn't lost much weight! I truly know why they say "Transforming Lives 10 weeks at a time!" Results are typical and I can't wait to finish the 10 weeks and keep going for the rest of my life! After completing my 10 week challenge at FXB- Denver, all I can say is WOW.I heard about the program from a friend of mine who lost 100 pounds doing the Farrell’s program for a year. I thought to myself if she can do it, then I can do it. Therefore, my fiancée and I signed up together hoping we can get into better shape for those wedding pictures we have in May. With FXB-Denver’s help, I lost 21 pounds, 4 inches off my waist, 3.4% body fat; however, what I am most proud of is I went from an 11-minute mile to clocking 8:16 in just 10 weeks. It was pretty cool that Dan, the own of FXB-Denver, was there high-fiving me at the end.This program has taught me that there are no shortcuts. FXB-Denver works because it provides the structure, guidance, and accountability by implementing the best practices that are out there in the health and nutrition fields. FXB program is based around three areas that helped me achieve great results: cardio, strength training and nutrition. Monday, Wednesday and Friday I was doing kickboxing for cardio. This was a great way to get my heart rate up and burn calories. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays, I was doing strength training using resistance bands. This was awesome because much of science I read talks about how gaining muscle burns more calories throughout the day. The third, and in many ways the most important piece, is nutrition. Every week, the FXB team sends out easy-to-follow meal plans to give you ideas and help keep you on track.My fiancé (who also had great results as well) and I plan on continuing as FIT students. We've already made friends in the program and have a feeling we will continue to build strong relationships because of the empowering and inclusive community. I can't say enough good things about the program. I want to thank Dan the owner, Monica (my coach) and all the rest of the instructors and coaches who are there to help keep me on track and accountable.

If I could give FXB 10 stars I would. The program is structured perfectly between cardio, strength training, and nutrition. The results speak for themselves. I went into my 10 week challenge as a somewhat former athlete caught in a rut living a very sedentary lifestyle. After my 10 week challenge, I lost 17 lbs and a total of 10.5 inches including 4.5 off the beer gut. I also gained toned muscle that I didn't even know was hiding under all that fat, not to mention the energy gained to get me through the work days. I signed up for another year at FXB so I can continue on with this fitness journey. Give the 10 week challenge a shot. You won't regret it!

I just started the ten week program. 2nd week in and I feel great. I look forward to going to the classes! The kick boxing classes are fun and the strength classes remind me of muscles that I forgot existed! Make sure that you analyze your nutrition when you start the program. The fitness is only 20% of the game if your intention is to lose weight. The program does educate you on nutrition and coaches you through your daily food choices. You are in control of your what goes in your body and you must be true to yourself! Overall the program rocks and I would recommend anyone that is looking for a great group of people to work out with, a program that strengthens your core and strengthens your body as a whole with proven results, to come and try it out! The owner Dan is great, he knows everyone by name which is amazing considering that there are 200 + members!
