I love this place! I had such a great experience during my 10 week program - lost 10 inches (3 off my waist) and 7% body fat. I struggle with consistency with working out, but these classes make me jump out of bed and get there in the morning (and I am not a morning person so that's saying a lot for a 5:15AM class). The people are great, Dan and his instructors are awesome and the kickboxing is the best workout! It is so worth it, and I look forward to continuing through the program for a long time.

Farrells = My Fitness Family :) I finished my 10 week challenge in August and was the $1000 winner...and if I can win it, anyone can! I lost 5.4% body fat, 10.6 lbs and 6.5 inches. I gained strength, confidence and a healthier me!The people I have met at Farrell's are so awesome. Everyone is supportive and encouraging...and everyone there started as a 10 week challenge student, so they all know what you are going through.I think everyone should try this.....The results you will see are amazing!!!!!! You just have to follow the program...it is so simple...there is no guesswork...you are taught how to eat, how to work out and how to incorporate it into your daily life so it can be a lifelong lifestyle change, not just a fast sprint to some temporary results.If you are on the fence...get off on the Farrell's side! It is so worth it!!I know I totally sound like an ad for this place, but that is because I know how awesome it is!

I just finsihed my 10 week challenge at Farrell's and I can honestly say that it has changed my life! Before starting the program I was the heaviest I have ever been in my life and after 10 weeks I am down 13 pounds, 12.75 total inches off my body (4 in just my waist) and down 3% body fat. I am no where near my goal in my fitness journey but I am now headed in the right direction. I am so thankful that I can continue on at Farrell's as a FIT member and get the results I've always wanted. For me its not just "10 weeks" or a "challenge", its now a lifestyle that requires me to eat clean and sweat it out. Its so simple and so rewarding. You can't fail with all the amazing and supportive coaches at Farrell's! My only regret is that I didn't hear about it sooner!

Joining Farrell’s was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This was a 50th Birthday/Christmas gift that I gave to myself.I completed Farrell’s 10 Week Challenge a couple of weeks ago. I knew when I signed up in October, that it wouldn’t be easy because the 10 weeks included Halloween, Thanksgiving and the Christmas season! But I made it, and I’m extremely happy with my results! I lost 18 pounds, 17 inches over all, and 4.9% body fat! AND, as if that wasn’t enough, I won the $1000 prize!Working out six days a week for 10 weeks may sound daunting, but once you get into the routine, you'll be hooked. I found myself rearranging other things in my life to ensure I could make my classes. Every day is different and fun so the 45 minutes flies by! For me, Farrell's delivered everything I needed: structure, accountability & motivation.Last, but not least, the staff is amazing. They are friendly, helpful and very motivating. Everyone, from the instructors to the people in your class, started with the 10 week challenge.This program really works. Trust me, just get up and go and you will see fantastic results!I’m excited to continue with Farrell’s into the New Year! 50 is fabulous, thanks to Farrell’s!

Farrell’s has changed my life for the better! At the end of my 10 weeks, I lost 15 pounds and a total of 8 inches off of my body. While I am proud of my physical results, I’ve seen emotional and mental improvements as well. I sleep better at night, have more energy during the day, can handle stress better, and have made some great friends!Dan and all the other instructors at FXB are very knowledgeable about the program and are always there to answer questions and give encouragement. They make the whole experience worthwhile!This program is not easy. It requires hard work and dedication, but I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is serious about changing their body and lifestyle.

I joined Farrell's on a whim with friends to do something "different" and lose weight. I had already been seeing a personal trainer twice a week and had no idea what to expect. After the first few classes I was hooked and on top of that started seeing results quickly and at a healthy pace. Dan and is team challenged me everyday in class AND provided nutrition guidance and an awesome team environment. In 10 weeks I lost 18lbs and 16.5 inches and while I did work hard it was always fun and a lot more healthy than some other programs I have participated in. I highly recommend this program for anyone, regardless of fitness level or age.

What an amazing experience!!!After completing Farrell’s 10-week challenge, I went through a total body transformation and was selected as the $1,000 contest winner. I lost 8 inches off my waist, dropped 3.5% body fat, and lost 13 pounds. Additionally, I dramatically increased my push ups, sit ups, and flexibility, and shaved nearly 4 minutes off my mile run.I’ve never felt healthier, and I have more confidence in myself. The Farrell’s instructors’ custom classes make kickboxing and resistance band training fun and challenging every day. Early on I learned that you can’t out-work a bad diet, and Farrell’s provided me with the knowledge and tools to better manage my meal planning and food choices.I never would have had this amount of success without the incredible camaraderie and motivation from all of my instructors and fellow 10-week members. Now that the 10 weeks is over, I am definitely going to continue as a Fit Member. If you are looking for a gym membership that actually works, you have to try FXB!

I just finished my 10 week program last week and had GREAT results - I lost almost 14.0 inches (4.5 inches off my waist) and lost over 19.0 lbs. Having done many different "programs" in my life and always struggled with weight, Farrell's has been a wonderful discovery. It is a sustainable, life-style change! One of the many things that appeals to me is the supportive atmosphere and the variety of ages and fitness level.

I turned 50 so I’ve spent time thinking about what I needed to do differently during this next chapter of my life. I decided its time to make a commitment to myself. That commitment started when I signed up for Farrell’s 10 Week Challenge. Through the 10 weeks, I got up and showed up. I listened to the instructors and my personal coach. I planned my meals and made sure to give my body the fuel it needed. I made some great new friends, and we encouraged and motivated each other, and held each other accountable.At the end of the 10 week program I've achieved awesome results! I lost 18.3 lbs, melted away 11.5 inches (including 4 inches from my hips and 4 inches from my waist!), and improved my body fat percentage by 5.6%. I've gotten stronger, become more flexible, move faster, eliminated pain, and feel great! I haven't reached my goals yet, but I know I will because my Farrell’s transformation journey and my commitment will continue.

So glad I signed up at FXB! I've never been an athlete or someone who worked out regularly in my life, but after a week or two at Farrell's I was hooked. Classes are hard, but it's always different enough that I don't get bored, and now I actually look forward to going. I started to notice results within a couple of weeks, and by the time my ten weeks was over, I lost 8 lbs, 12 inches overall, and 5 inches from my waist. Down two pants sizes! I also feel so much stronger, and that's the part that keeps me coming back. In ten weeks I doubled the number of push ups and sit ups I can do, and can do kickboxing moves that I laughed at the idea of a few months ago.As others have mentioned, the community is really the best part. All of the instructors are welcoming, motivating and friendly, and having a coach was a huge asset for me - there was someone I knew that expected to see my every day! They and other members are always willing to share diet tips and tricks and recipes, and were a huge source of motivation throughout my ten weeks.If you're considering signing up, I cannot recommend the program highly enough. You deserve it!
