Nick customizes my every workout to target my weaknesses, which has given me faster results than I could achieve on my own at the gym. I only go two days a week and see results in the first month. I can't recommend him enough.

I’ve been working with Nick Falkenstein for almost 2 months now and am loving it. I have never worked with a personal trainer before and am so glad I started. My goal is to build body mass and at a month and a half I had already put on 10lbs of muscle! He always has a new workout that is the right amount of challenging. Not only is he very knowledgeable he is also very kind. The whole experience has been great! It’s usually just me and Nick or maybe one or two others in the gym which helps minimize distractions too. Highly recommend FGF!

Nick is a great trainer that tailors workouts to individual needs and goals. I have found the virtual/remote training sessions very helpful and super convenient since I work from home and can consistently manage my work schedule around them. Highly recommend.

Emily was super helpful and knowledgeable about how to focus on different body parts and how to modify when needed. It was so nice having a 1:1 trainer who pays attention and helps correct your form where needed. The sessions are sadly too expensive for me, but would definitely recommend to someone who isn’t concerned about price!

I have had a great time training at FGF. The workouts are challenging and never boring. The trainers come up with personal programs for each client. I highly recommend FGF personal training!
