I've been to several locations around town, and Union Station has the best facilities hands down, including showers and free garage parking. This location is a bit further from my home than two others, but Coach Nikia is rad and worth the extra 5 minute drive

Great coaches and staff who keep you motivated and keep pushing you. Best work out in town.

Visiting my sister in Madrid for a month so I bought a 20 pack from the studio. The studio managers were extremely kind and welcoming, speaking English for me as my Spanish is terrible. The coaches are also great, especially Raquel who has a lot of energy. This will definitely be my home studio anytime I am in Madrid. Thanks OTF Velazquez!

I was told a manager was going to call me back to go over some billing issues; never called me back. Be sure to treat your customers well and address their concerns and actually have a manager call when they say their going to call to go over billing questions. 1 star for poor customer service

Cramped space, no free parking during the day (even though they told me it was free and validated when I called). Parking garage machine was also broken and it took 15 min to get out.

Loved this location and the area around it! The staff was awesome and Chantelle’s energy was the best 💪🏼. The demographic of the location was a good mix, and everyone was super friendly and welcome to an out of towner joining the class! An added bonus with Orange Theory, they mostly allow you to drop in at any location when out of town, which makes it super easy to check out new places/meet new people. When visiting a new location, make sure you arrive early to complete any paperwork that may be needed (even if you’re an existing member already)!I wish I had this team in Chicago!

I’ve visited numerous OTF studios across the country and this one has super lovely staff and superb coaches! It is, however, a tad run down (equipment etc) and the studio is very cramped (for example, there is hardly any space between the rowers and the treads — everyone has to leave the studio and re-enter to move to the next station… it’s actually a bit dangerous being this cramped). That being said, still a super workout each time I visited!

I've been going to OTF Union Station for the past couple years and it has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The entire staff from front desk to coaches are amazing and make you feel like family. Plus the workouts push you and make you better each time you come in. It's such a great community and would highly recommend joining this awesome studio!

The class size works well for me. I'm glad that we have more people back and glad that we are all still able to social distance.I enjoy the workouts as they kick my butt each time and manage to be enjoyable. The coaches are friendly, enthusiastic, and encouraging during class and really drive you to do your best.
