Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness is my favorite gym in Denver! There is a serious sense of community here that is very inviting. Everyone is really friendly and you never feel out of place. It’s seriously the “Cheers” of gyms! It has a great selection of gym equipment from stair climbers, Woodway treadmills to a variety of weights and unique handles and bars which makes them different from other basic gyms I’ve been to. They also have some great classes in the mornings and evenings. This place is a true Denver gem for both its friendly atmosphere and impressive equipment.

I’ve been going to this gym the past 3 years and love it. The staff is really great and the owner goes out of his way to say hi and make people feel welcome. Most importantly they have been improving the space with new machines and upgrades to the gym this past year. Best gym in Baker!

I apologize, but the price for the membership does not reflect what you get. They are about 70$ a month, which would make sense if they were a 40k sqft gym. However, this gym is about 7k sqft and is mediocre at best. The equipment is pretty standard in any gym, and the parking lot is shared with about 5 other businesses. I did get a good workout. The day pass is 15$, which is still a bit pricy.

Best gym in Denver

The difference between a corporate globo "fitness center" and a locally owned gym is so stark. I drive 20 minutes across town and past 3 other gyms to get here. Equipment that's maintained with care, a welcoming environment that fosters new friendships, and a staff that's actually concerned with member experience. I love it here and you will too.

Top of the line equipment, atmosphere, and people. One of the best gyms, I have ever been a member of. Always clean with excellent facilities. They regularly bring in new equipment. I always walk out with a great pump and a smile.

So glad I found this gym almost 3 years ago! The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and friendly. There is a great variety of lifting/strength and cardio equipment to meet any fitness need/goal. I personally love the small community gym feel without paying Crossfit/“boutique gym” prices - very fairly priced membership. There seems to be something for everyone here from casual working out to physique and strength competitors. Definitely check it out if you are looking for a gym. I will miss working out here when I move this summer!
