Cleanest gym I've ever been to! They sanitize frequently and it's never packed.Awesome gym! Super clean, have plenty of equipment, and has a cool garage door that opens when it's nice outside. Everyone has been super friendly. Lucky to have this in the neighborhood.

RMFF has been my gym for about a year and a half. It’s my best gym experience. I’ve gotten to know the community, the trainers, the owner and staff. All are so welcoming and fun. I love going there. During Covid they have taken the most precautions I’ve seen. They professionally sanitize regularly and all members are, on their own, cleaning equipment after use. Masks have been enforced for a long time. It’s safer here than going to most places. I love the gym and it’s a great place to be a member of

I love this gym. Been going here for over a year. Staff is professional and friendly. Environment is welcoming and not intimidating. It's very clean and they've overcommunicated on the steps they're taking to follow COVID regulations. It's the perfect size to get a workout in quickly and efficiently, but they still have a big variety of equipment. It's also very affordable.

Been going for almost a week and love this gym so far. Lots of space, never too crowded. Can always get the workout in that I want and a great diversity of gym users. Haven’t been to a gym in 2 years and was nervous about feeling out of place but this gym is great!

I’ve been to many gyms in Denver and nothing compares to Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness. The staff and owners are always welcoming, friendly, and willing to provide fitness advice. A great equipment selection with no wait to use. You won’t find a better gym in Denver.
