I love this gym. Vibes are immaculate, I love that I can watch Bob Ross while jamming. Shout out to Sienna at the desk, literal treasure.

While visiting Denver I had a nice place to work out. I am grateful for that. They have decent equipment as well.

Some of the rudest clients you’ll ever interact with. Never afraid to ask for discounts for training with nick after they completely ignore you and act like they are better then you tho.

What is there to say, it's an overpriced cute gym. It's super small, it has two bench presses, two deadlift stands, and three squat racks. All the machines are very close to each other and it's kind of crowded. I'm really only interested in powerlifting so i dont really care that much about the martial arts, the group classes, or the "community" that are offered. If you're anything like me i recommend basically any other commercial gym or maybe even your local rec center. This place charges around $70 a month for the membership whereas other gyms like Chuze or Vasa charge you $10 and they're much bigger. Really my only issue with this gym is how overpriced it is for what im looking for. The customer service was good and I'm sure the community is friendly and welcoming but that cant possibly justify the $70 membership. I would pay maybe a max of $20 for a membership at this gym and that's just because I'm sure that the community would be much better than what is found at big gyms like Chuze. (On an unrelated note the area around the gym smelled like burnt toast, not really the gym's fault and perhaps it was only for the day i was there.)

This Gym is on point, clean, spacious and plenty to do. I really enjoy the kick boxing section upstairs. The staff is friendly and the rates are affordable. Excellent neighborhood gym!

Fine gym especially for the price. Equipment is a little dated and can be kind of limited machine-wise. Honestly the only real downside is they have no control over the climate. It is consistently VERY hot (like breaking a sweat loading weights hot), which is the #1 thing I don’t want to be while working out.
