I'm just finishing up the 6 Week Challenge and can say that this has been a great experience and I already signed up for the next year. Jayce and the rest of the staff have been great all the way through in knowledge, motivation, and support. The classes are filled with others that help support and root you on as well. I have made my goals and was really impressed when my workout partner needed advice on how they were there for her all the way. The wide range of class times is easy for my schedule and the format is different every day.

Tomorrow I finish the 6 Week Challenge after joining on a rather impulsive whim. Coming straight from college where my only workout was walking on campus, I had my butt handed to me with this program. That being said, it was incredibly rewarding, fun (albeit exhausting), and encouraging. I cannot express enough how thankful I am for the guided workouts and the support provided to us by the coaches. We went to Jayce’s sessions and were never disappointed. The structure provided at Elite Edge made it by far the best experience I have had with working out or gyms in general. I never had to worry about not knowing what to do, and the week is balanced well between cardio and strength days. Other members of Elite Edge are welcoming and excited to share in your progress throughout the weeks, making the early mornings easier to get up for. I was incredibly impressed with the program and super thankful that I stuck it out. Although my progress hit a plateau toward the end, Jayce helped me refocus and quickly the results ramped right back up. I will continue to go to Elite Edge when in Altoona, and will miss these classes when away.

I would highly recommend Elite Edge Gym Transformation to anyone looking to get back into shape and anyone that is willing to do the work to achieve it! The workouts are circuit style and they rotate from arm day to cardio, leg day to cardio, then all over body workout, back to cardio on Saturdays. I think it is a great way to start your Saturday off right because you burn lots of calories. Sunday is a day of rest, which I also appreciate because having a family and juggling workouts and all of the activities gets hard. The trainers are all great!! They push you to keep moving, motivate you to do more, and push you to increase weight if you are not pushing yourself hard enough. I do also appreciate the location as it is close to home. I also like the timers and the circuit style training as no day is the same and the exercises constantly change. The trainers also walk around and make sure you have the form down and teach you how to position your body or the weight to best execute the exercise at hand. Seveal of the members have been there for two to three years, so if that doesn't tell you something I don't know what else does.

Such a great experience during my 6 week challenge. Exceeded my 20 pound goal and made a new set of friends in the process. Habits developed during the challenge will be around for life. Put in the hard work and you will see results for sure!I love the variety of workouts and weightlifting that are programmed. You never are going to get the same boring workout at Elite. If you have any limitations or injuries the coaches will work with you so you continue to make progress to your goals.Diet is honestly the biggest thing in the 6 week challenge. If you nail the food you will see changes happen very quickly. There are a lot of ways to mix up the food list to get all of your nutritional needs met and not be bored with the meals.

This was such a great experience. I had no idea what i was doing with diet and excerise before i joined the 6 week program. The team at elite edge in altoona was amazing and so encouraging throughout this entire challenge. They all make you feel like you are capable of anything and push you to reach your full potential. They have created great and healthy meal plans to follow as well as all of the products they have that helped me continue this process. I would have never been this successful without their positive encouragement. They have helped me create a much healthier and happy lifestyle not only for me but my family as well.

Just finished the 6 week challenge! The trainers are amazing and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming! 10/10!!!! To say I was nervous going into it was an understatement! I had let myself get to a place where I was lethargic, ate HORRIBLY, and severely lacked motivation! The diet is EXTREMELY strict, which made me question my ability to follow it! After the first week I found myself so excited about how much progress I had made, that it pushed me very quickly to want to keep going! Meal prepping quickly became a lifestyle and the bad cravings were quickly curbed! If you’re at all hesitant, DO IT! It was life changing!!

My experience at elite edge in Altoona has been a positive one. The staff and trainers are engaging and helpful. Trainers there are always upbeat, low pressure, and yet encouraging. Making for a very conducive environment to thrive in my workouts. If you’re looking to really bulk up or build muscle I’d say this is not the place for you. However if your interests are as mine were, just being a healthier you, than this could be a great option. When trying other gyms I found myself lost and embarrassed. Not knowing enough about workout routines, form lifting, or proper dieting. This gave me the direction I need. I’ve nearly completed the 6 week challenge and it was exactly that, a challenge. Both in the gym working out and at home dieting. It has been rewarding to see the changes I’ve made. Overall I’m glad I participated. I would recommend Elite Edge to anyone wanting to lose weight just needing a push in the right direction.

This is a great gym with very knowledgeable and friendly trainers/staff that take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. I like how they give you tips on form and alternative workouts to get the most out of every min you’re in the gym. I've just completed the 6 week challenge and haven’t felt this good in a long time. Workouts last about and hour and I burned about 500-600 calories every workout or more. Would recommend this gym to anyone trying to reach weight loss of fitness goals that have a hard time working out alone in a gym or trouble getting your fitness journey started. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Being a part of the Elite edge program was a great experience that came with a lot of support and motivation. The positive environment encouraged me and others to continue to push ourselves when we wanted to stop. No matter what time of class I could get to, it was a wonderful workout and team of support. The one on one with coaches was a huge element I enjoyed as they learned about me and my capabilities and pushed me every day. I lost more weight than my original goal in the 6 weeks which gave me back a healthy energy I hadn’t felt in quite some time. I would highly recommend this program and this gym to anyone looking for a program or just a place to work out.
