I just completed my first 6-week challenge with Elite Edge in Altoona. I was able to follow the strict food guide and make it to over 35 workout classes, resulting in losing 28.6 pounds! I truly enjoyed getting creative with the limited food options that I could eat. I also enjoyed the variety of workouts, introducing a new workout multiple times a week! I appreciate all that the trainers at Elite Edge did to get me to where I am at in my weight loss journey! I would recommend the 6-week challenge to others that really want to get their health under control.
