The minute I heard the words “warm water therapy pool“, I canceled my membership at the Y and joined this fitness center. Wonderful place with the regular pool, huge jam machine room, walking track, hot tub and nice locker rooms. I paid a little extra to get a fitness assessment when I started, let’s just say that I have a ways to go!

I work out here 3-4 times a week. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lately a lot of equipment seems to be out of order which reduced my rating from 5 stars to 4.

After a challenging transition from the YMCA to the Mercy management, the team is running more smoothly. Very nice facilities with excellent support for medical patients who are looking to improve their health and fitness.

The best fitness and rehab that I have been to. Warm water pool could be larger.
