The minute I heard the words “warm water therapy pool“, I canceled my membership at the Y and joined this fitness center. Wonderful place with the regular pool, huge jam machine room, walking track, hot tub and nice locker rooms. I paid a little extra to get a fitness assessment when I started, let’s just say that I have a ways to go!

Beautiful facility with plenty of workout equipment and water facilities. (Pool, warm water pool, hot tub, Lane swimming)
