Half the machines there are broken there’s missing equipment big open green turf with NO PUSH SLED or any boxing equipment like am close to canceling my membership and go to crunch they have all that for the half of the price

Absolutely disgusted with the treatment I received yesterday by staff member Daisy and the other girl that was with her! I have been coming to this location for at least 6 years and I have always been given amazing customer service until yesterday… I was cursed at and called racial slurs by the other staff member after asking her several times to stop talking to me… my two 17 year old kids were not allowed to work out and I have been bringing them for years… they refused to let me speak to a manager or to even give me a number to call to speak with one… I had been told by friends that the staff did not treat black people with respect but I have never experienced it myself until now… I am absolutely disgusted!! Do they not understand that our membership fees are what pays them??…. The customer service was absolute GARBAGE!

Place has a lot of equipment but when it comes to cleanliness and keeping the paper towels and cleaning solutions in stock they are lacking , which isn’t good especially with the amount of traffic this gym gets

The maintenance in this facility is one of the worst. The restroom is always filthy nasty. Compton facility is way cleaner. Downey loves to think they are the Brown Beverly Hills but they are more like Hollywood streets, filthy. The environment here is roudy, filled with obnoxious self centered people that leave weights out of place and hang their sweaty clothes in the sauna like it's their personal apartment. So many BBL and roids type people here.
