Huge gym, a ton of machines, lots of weights depending on when you go, 4:30pm throughout is usually packed, I personally never used the pool or sauna but a buddy of mine says it's really relaxing, taking away a star because they were jerks to my dad when he tried to quit his membership. Like rude.

Not the gym I remember. Most machines are not lubricated, machines are out of order/missing parts. Also you can see rust on machines(very obvious) management is not professional and are jerks. They don't do anything other than stand in the front...I also have another membership at Planet fitness and the people are on their game taking care of the gym.

Downey 24hrs very disappointed. Equipment is old, dumbells all over the place, machines and floor very dirty, trash and bottles all over the floor. Always packed with your regular gym rat selfies and video recorders. You know that ones that only go to post on social media.this place needs a remodeling.

Not enough free weights. Or at the time I went there were no available free weights for me to use. All over the place. Ruined my entire workout plan. I go to the location in Santa Monica regularly. I used the location here due to work meeting in the area. Should have just waited till I got back to the west side. Totally unacceptable. Never coming back to this location.

Proud Downey resident . I recently went to 24 hours fitness in Downey and must it's a complete dump. Used water bottles everywhere. The basketball court is filthy hasn't been cleaned never. Locker rooms are a disgrace looks like the ymca of the 70s. Steam room is like walking into stinky toilet bowl.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional I called to get info about a free trail pass and the customer service didn’t even wait for me to finish saying what I had to say when she hanged up on me. I find this very rude specially when you’re getting paid to answer customers inquiries not to be rude. To add to it 24 hours fitness it’s not a cheap gym so they should be more educated, people are already paying a lot to be part of it for customer to receive this type of treatment. Very disappointed.

The manager here is a Liar and completely unhelpful. I wasn’t able to cancel online or come in to a location because of travel outside of the US and when I tried to cancel over the phone I was told it was “their policy” that a membership had to be canceled in person. I called a different location and the manager canceled my service over the phone with no problems or questions asked. Come on man!! I’ve been a member for years and this guy here is a joke.

Not enough strength training/ cardio classes during the weekday evenings. I have to drive to other locations for the workout I want. Equipment always out of service. Additional Saturday classes would be great! Boot camp is being offered at Santa Fe Springs on Saturdays now and it's a smaller facility.

Nice big gym. The main problem for me is how crowded this gym gets on weekdays. If u plan on working out In the afternoons, expect large crowds. If u want to use the weight room I recommend getting here after 11pm.

I can’t fault the gym for having members that don’t rerack the weights but I was there for two hours and didn’t see a single employee walking the floor attempting to clean or put weights away. Do they not have someone who can take a quick lap around the gym and clean? Plates and dumbbells are scattered everywhere. There’s trash all over the gym floors. They had three benches that had the barbells taken and stayed without barbells the entire time I was there. Maybe if members saw an employee putting equipment away they would think twice about leaving weights on the floor. And to everyone reading this rerack your weights. Thank you (:
