Avoid this location!! a bunch of people on their phones wasting time, filming content. You have to literally wait so long to use any equipment. It’s also really dirty, the restrooms smell horrible. I brought this up to management and they brushed me off. As a long time membership holder I am beyond displeased.

Great gym, fairly new with great amenities. Staff is friendly and other gym goers are respectful as they clean their equipment after use, and put weights away. Gets busy in the evenings til about 9pm.

Cycle room is always closed. Other 24 have them open employees at this location tell me it’s closed to avoid wear and tear but isn’t every machine going to have wear and tear? Please advice who I can get assistance from for it to remain open?

This place has potential but it is pretty dirty and management doesn’t seem to care. For one, the men’s locker room stinks. The locker area smells like stale water, the sinks stink because of the hairs that likely get stuck in the pipes from the guys shaving, and the urinals smell. The free weights area is a mess. The weights are rarely in order, some benches aren’t all bolted to the ground, the floor padding is ripping and there is a big hole in one area. There is never enough bars for squats or bench press so one bench or squat rack is left unused. The basketball court is pathetic. There is a broom left on the court for some reason, I guess they expect players on the court to clean it themselves. There is trash on the sidelines, scuff marks on the walls, the padding under the hoops is falling. On the second floor, the two different bike machines they have have ripped foot pedals, have a no screens or busted screens, and have missing cup holders. Gym members are too lazy to throw away the paper towels and leave them on the machines. I plan on cancelling my membership because it’s sad how far this gym deteriorated over the 4 years I’ve been here.
