One of the worst 24 hours I’ve been too. I travel a lot for work, so I’ve been to several different 24 Hour Fitnesses, and this one had was by far the WORST I’ve ever been to. I don’t even write reviews for the gyms i go to but this one motivated me to do it.For some context, I went at about 3:30 pm so I was expecting it to be a little crowded. What I wasn’t expecting was a packed parking lot where people were following others for spaces. That was a red flag but I needed to workout so I went in anyway.First thing you’re greeted with while walking in is the smell of thick body odor. The ventilation is atrocious and the place is packed with people. Half the machines are either out of order or missing handles, and the other half are taken. There’s a very limited variety of equipment compared to most other 24 hours despite being much bigger in terms of area. After the horrible weight lifting experience I went upstairs because I figured “surely they couldn’t have gotten the cardio wrong”… well they did. I went on one of the few open treadmills just for the thing to keep glitching and skipping forward every 10 or so seconds. I looked around for another open one but the rest were taken or had out of order signs on them. So i just left, vowing to never return to this god forsaken place again…

Poor management. Dirty facility, members are dirty and Inconsiderate. Management does nothing to keep it clean or safe. Equipment mostly broken. They do not add or rush to fix it. Members sit on the little equipment that is not broken such as a bike and talk on their phone. Bench to place their computer or charge their phones or just talk. They take off their shoes. It is disgusting.

It is unbelievable that a cleaning staff member was able to de-escalate a legit customer service complaint. Faster and better that the self called customer service crew.Five stars to this lady, Rocío , so kind, she even APOLOGIZED TO ME after the nasty behavior of this 2 employees, bald coach Brent and idk the name of the ugly chick, but there's no was you can miss them. She should be giving CUSTOMER SERVICE CLASSES, to this 2 "self called" customer service representative,

Grateful that this location is open 24hrs, other locations close at 10:00pm and earlier on weekends. Huge gym, with plenty of machines, sauna, steam room, and pool. The pool has three lanes and it’s clean. The gym itself can use a little cleanliness, but it’s cleaner than other locations.

As usual 24 hour fitness leaves me except using their equipment to better my body and health:: it's hard to believe that in one year the washing-up room with mirrors it's packed with chargers for phones and people doing their ironing staff actions if they don't care and there's nothing to stop it, well I still believe 24-Hour fitness it's the best available I would not recommend this location

Initially I thought signing up for 300 annually PIF was a great deal and a good idea. However, I now realize it was the worst decision I had made. Every-time I go its PACKED there is absolutely no machines available and half of the machines are ALWAYS BROKEN. Now it makes sense and I dont know why didn’t realize it before.. The cheaper it is, the more people they will have. Once my membership ends I will not be renewing it. I will pay a little more for a leas packed gym with functioning machines. I hardly get to use my membership.
