Really wish they would add time limits to the machines on the first floor. Someone was on the angle press for 3 hours. Part of which he would just sit there and text. If you're actually going to use the machine, cool. If not, let the next person use it.

Been working out here for about 1 and a half years now. My experience with it (compared to the other gyms I’ve been too) is great. The machines, free weights, court, pool, and even classes offered combine to make an environment that I WANT to come back to. Which I think is one of the most important aspects a gym, or any fitness industry can have. Creating a welcoming, fun, and competitive zone is the name of the game, and a big reason of why I come back every time. I think it’s also worth mentioning that the staff are also great at what they do: re-racking weights, keeping the place tidy, and overall excellent customer service. So, to Luisa, Favi, Leslie, Y’all are great! Thanks for making my gym experience stellar!

My wife has been a member for about 3 years and this gym has been going downhill the past year, I've gone on many occasions with a guest pass. Weights all over the place, not reracked; dirty benches and machines; filthy, filthy showers( no soap ever )and bathrooms; the sauna too. Staff lazy and have no kind of initiative to make the place better, I mean do your job, move around help clean up, remind people about gym etiquette, tell your management what needs to change to make it a better gym for all. Management make your self more present on the day to day operations and get feed back from your customers and your staff to improve for the better.

If u are in Downey then this THE PLACE FOR WORKOUT. Superb vibes. Floor manger there is a excellent superb guy. Love working out there. I was visiting downey for my office project and I am using it for 2 months. Can’t complain. Toilets are clean and machines are all in good condition.

Pool is dirty. The hand rail into the pool is filthy at the water line. The tile around the pool is filthy. I hope they clean it soon.

I got a 3days free trial pass from their gym site, BUT manager changed words and would charge $15 per day. Why you offer free trial pass??

i was about to join but 46.99 for a membership that is only an hour sessionidk about that.all other gym are lowering their membership prices because it only makes sense tonow when everything starts going back to "normal" then your normal 46.99 is reasonable but limited machines with limited workoutsyour membership should be lowered by half at least

Its so crowded,overpriced, and dirty. I got the 3 day pass to try it out and they dont let you in after 7pm. There was no policy as such when signing up. They lost a potential customer. I highly recommend other gyms.

Things have changed here at the Downey loc. It used to be cleaner and people seemed to be able to re-rack the dumbbells. Now even the Staff no longer make an effort to rack weights; they shouldn’t have too but they used too. #nodropsetshere

This gym is very good. But besides that. I do notice some of the workers there do let alot of people in there with no gym membership. For free! Witch I think it’s wrong! And should be fired. But good thing is the undercover compliance are there. Ones they get caught they can be charged with a felony.
