Family oriented and very supportive gym. A safe and welcoming place regardless of your background or goals. They have pro fighters, grandmas, toddlers, moms and high schoolers all training and cheering each other on.

The quote on the wall of the gym at ATT is "As iron sharpens iron, one person sharpens another." Team Lima embodies this quote perfectly. The coaches, staff, and other gym members are an amazing, supportive community and family. Anyone looking to start their MMA journey would be blessed to start it here, as I was.

The kids classes were once amazing. Then the main instructor began teaching adults and the kids classes have now become an expensive playground experience for children. The new teacher has no control over the class. Furthermore, you can completely notice that he has interest in teaching kids or being a part of the class often walking away and idling. Short tempered and uses militant approaches to children to try and make up for his own shortcomings as an instructor. Definitely no longer worth the price tag. Now it’s just subpar teaching from an instructor with anger issues.

If you're a first responder, you'll find a home here. This gym is a haven for hard people with incredibly soft hearts. Every day I come to train I'm inspired by the athletic prowess and skill that I see. But the reason i stayed is because I've found a group of people that understand where I'm at, who I'm trying to become, and they're willing to help me get there. Every time i come to class, no matter what's happened in my week i always leave with a smile on my face.

I came to this gym after not having trained in any martial arts for 10+ yrs. I was hesitant at first because there are so many gyms to chose from. But after about a month, I was hooked. The instructors/coaches and amazing! The energy is always high, the atmosphere is competitive yet safe. There aren't many gyms on earth where you can train with UFC veterans and brand new students in the same class. They have a heart for teaching and helping you on whatever path you choose to go down in your martial arts journey.Perhaps the thing I love most about this place is the wide variety of classes they offer throughout the day to cater to working adults and families.Highly recommend this gym to anyone no matter what skill level!

The Mecca of Georgia MMA. Douglas and Dhiego Lima are great warriors and role models. Norman Simoes is a fantastic black belt instructor and mentor. Devon has a heart of gold. Sid has wisdom and experience. Brantley is a positive force. Gaby is so kind and motivating. Jerry will be forever missed.The fighters here are a squad and we are a brotherhood and sisterhood. I have been with these folks for so long that they are family to me. I have never received more support through tough times from any other gym. Being here is therapy and has literally saved my life. 🙏🏽

Stopped in while traveling to take a class. The coaches really take their time and show the basics and build on from there. Everyone was helpful. Would definitely join this gym if I lived in the area. First class.

The level of skill, merit and professionalism here is by far unparalleled. A comprehensive curriculum with a play center for my baby girl has been a safe haven for us to train and socialize with a healthy community.Me and my baby are happy to spend most of our days in the gym.
