So grateful for this place, not just for myself but my children too. My son is learning so much in jiu jitsu all of which he’ll be able to apply on and off the mats, Norman is so patient with the kids & is a great coach. As for me Jiu jitsu has quite literally changed my life, I only wish I would have started sooner. I have learned so much from both Norman & Brantley. I’ll be honest I was nervous to get started especially in such a male dominated sport but once I got over my nerves and got on the mats I quickly realized how great everyone is, such a welcoming atmosphere, everyone is encouraging and always pushing each other to get better. Not only am I learning how to defend myself but getting my body moving in such a fun, exhilarating & empowering way. SO if you’re anything like me and thinking of all the reasons you shouldn’t, stop! Get on the mats, it’s a decision you won’t regret.

American Top Team LIMA has really outdone themselves with the community base they have created. The warm and welcoming environment draws you in and our coaches who are dedicated to our training all offer something special in their own way.With ample classes offered throughout the day you are certain to find the perfect classes for you (contact and contactless). The community at the gym is what got me hooked from the very start. Having the opportunity to not only receive great training but to also connect and grow with so many of your training partners is honestly the greatest feeling. Without each other we wouldn’t be who we are. Joining ATT LIMA is one of the greatest decisions I’ve made to date. Nothing feels better than moving your body and what’s better than having fun with your homies at the same time.

ATT Lima is an awesome place to train. From the coaches, the staff, all the fighters and everyone else who trains here the atmosphere is amazing. From my first day training here they welcomed me and my son like family. The Lima brothers are so down to earth, always smiling and def make u feel welcome as do all the staff and coaches. If you aren't training here you are def missing out. Im so happy to be training here and my son loves it too! 👍🏽

Great facility!! Fantastic coaching and training!!! Even better people and a family like atmosphere!!!! Coming from someone who always wanted to train BJJ, didn't have the guts/humility to actually go and try and then once I finally was able to get on the mats I could not have asked for better peers, coaches, friends and now I'm confident to say my family at American Top Team - Team Lima! The Absolute BEST Gym in Georgia. For Starters, The Staff Here Are Second to None. Everyday I walk in I never fail to have someone tell me "Good-morning!" or "How Are You Today?". They Never Fail to Keep The Gym in Perfect Condition and Work Tirelessly for Members to Know they are Thought of First! The Coaching Staff at This Gym are also Unbelievable! They have a vast variety of classes and skill levels for anyone looking to start a journey; whether that be MMA, BJJ, Cross-Training, etc.This Gym really makes you feel at home everyday you go. I travel well over an hour near everyday of the week just to train at Team Lima because they really are the BEST!

At first I was concerned about the paying for a membership, even though their prices are much lower than any other gym I looked into. The comradely and family atmosphere was more than I ever expected. This is a place that makes you feel like you belong to a community who truly cares about you. But that’s why you end up staying and not why you join... You join a gym like this to get the best training this side of the Pacific Ocean. This is a place where you will hone your skills, develop confidence, and bring out all of your potential to be the best human you can possibly be (physically, socially, and emotionally). Don’t be scared to give it a try, then drink water and keep coming back!

There’s a reason so many people are talking about this gym! This place is absolutely amazing! I cannot emphasize enough that the atmosphere alone is addictive! It’s truly more than just a gym. It’s a family here.The coaches are hands on and truly incredible people that genuinely want to see their students improve and reach their goals! The training partners are also amazing here, motivating one another to keep working to perfect their techniques and showing up to cheer one another on during competitions.Aside from my own vast improvement in my skills, I started my daughter in the kids Jiu Jitsu program. The coaches are absolutely incredible with the kids! Watching the kids learn and improve each day is inspiring!So definitely come check this gym out! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your martial arts game, this is truly the best place to be!
