The place is convenient because it’s close to my job. It’s good for doing basic workouts but would prefer if they changed a couple of things. They need to get free bars instead of having just the smith machines. Would like for them to get rid of some equipment like the elliptical since it only gets used by three or four people at a time. That space could be used for more or other type of equipment.

An employee came to us mid workout to handle “prior account issues” after literally letting us in by scanning our cards ! Crazy. I immediately canceled my membership after this, so disrespectful! Won’t post the name of the girl who did it because she was just probably having a really bad day. She was also laughing about this with somebody on the phone lol! Again so disrespectful. The other front desk guys tried to stay out of it, because it was a problem that shouldn’t have to be a problem !!!!

They lie!! Just be careful. When you want to sign up they tell you everything you like to hear. I specifically asked about the cancelation policy at the time I was signing up, and they told me as long as I cancel one day before the payment was due, I don't get charged. When I came to cancel a few days before my payment due, they told me I still get charged for one more month. Just BS!!!!!Go to Crunch fitness!!! The same price, better service.

Nice place always have a good experience,my only concern is they should b open 24/7 , the main reason I joined,I'll move to pleasant hill location, open 24/7,if one day they decide open 24/7 I'll be back
