This PF is definitely a vibe!, although, this location could use new equipment. Equipment is always clean and staff is always hands-on.

I love working out at The Planet.. one problem! I notice they don't have machines that the other Planets have. One being the individual Row Machine w/ the water. There's 2 Rowers here & ppl use the benches for other stuff and we're almost forming a line when there are benches opening up for them to exercise their glutes & other parts on. Other than that! I love this place!

Been working really hard since I’m dropping my single BITCHota ᵉˣᵖˡⁱᶜⁱᵗ on July21st at 12:00am East time , today before coming in to stretch I fell while getting my run outside , the manager Mr. Hicks quick noticed my injuries and offered me the best quality in customer care and suggested me to take a 10 min hydro bed massage, I have to say that manager Hicks is very qualify and I been a member for 4 years now and I’m certified when saying that Guess rd location never had such an excellent and well prepared manager like Mr. Hicks, I am a regular and I know how busy this location in! Everyone love Guess rd, Mr, Hicks is really value to this location , his suggestions and cares really got me ready for my grind again ! Planet Fitness is straight up scandalous when it comes to canceling a membership. I moved out of town last year but regrettably failed to cancel my membership in person while I was still in town. It’s impossible to cancel online or over the phone, and I’m sure they take in boatloads of cash on account of making it so difficult to cancel. In December 2022, I followed their exacting instructions and sent a letter in with my full name, membership number, email, phone number, and a clear request to cancel because I moved away. I can only conclude that they threw this letter into the garbage because I’m continuing to receive charges.Please stop this thievery, cancel my membership as requested, and reimburse me for the excess charges. I do not wish to pay to travel to your location to get this done - that is unreasonable and unacceptable. I also don’t want to start a class action lawsuit against you, but this is very clearly impacting more people than just me. Contact me immediately to get this matter resolved. Thanks.

The faculty is clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is welcoming. I’ve only just begun my fitness journey, but I wouldn’t do it on any other “planet”!!

The exterior of this planet fitness is very unassuming since it’s in a strip mall - the inside of this one is very big when you actually walk in. I was very surprised at the number of actual machines they had available in total here. I came here on a Saturday morning and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too busy when I was there. I like the locker rooms in this location since they have benches built into the wall lined up with the lockers themselves, always my preferred locker room design. I can’t complain about the showers here either, they were standard for what you’d expect at most PF locations. All around had a good workout here and maybe will come back next time I’m in Durham
