Great environment! This gym has been my fav locating since 4 years ago when now general manager Josh signed me up! Friendly staff! Shout out to Keelie, Alex and Clyde great management and always have the inferno drinks on point!!!! THANKS TO THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR KEEPING IT TOGETHER! Great service!

The only thing that bother me in this place that some people would takes dumbbells to workout with and leave them far from they should be. Most staff are friendly and clean. I've been using the facility for months and I'm good satisfied with them so far.

We love going here. It is very well equipped and although it might get busy at some hours, everyone is very nice and respectful.

I have been a member for several years and never had any problems until now. We have a local mask mandate which they refuse to enforce. I was told it was a corporate decision. A corporate decision to break the law and endanger people's lives. The mandate has been in effect since 9 Aug 21. They have signs on the door stating masks are required at all times.I put my membership on hold until they start following the law or the law changes. Our hospitals are full with COVID patients. A gym is probably one of the most dangerous places to be right now with all that heavy breathing. Yes, it is difficult to workout with a mask on, but I just didn't work out as hard.

You get what you pay for here. Machines are often broken, (for weeks) cable machine is in bad shape with tension, packs of random personal trainers take machines for hours with their groups. Overall, just not a good gym.

Clean, friendly environment. Great range of equipment and machines to use. Locker room always clean and well-maintained. Can't beat the value.

I don’t know what they had going on but cleaning was horrible toilet stayed like that for a month besides that machines are in good shape.

The staff is amazing there. They are always welcoming and the managers make their way on the floor and greet you like you're family. They keep the place clean and assist when it's necessary. I've seen them help people who were disabled. I've seen them help people who were about to hurt themselves with incorrect form. I've been in a lot of planet finess establishments but the staff in this one is second to none.

They are making sure the facility is clean and safe. They make sure you keep your masks on at all times. They follow the 6 ft rule. I see the team members cleaning as well as the people using the machines cleaning behind themselves. The people who work there are always polite. And very helpful.

Have been going on and off for a few months and am currently going 100% regularly. Nice staff, great atmosphere, great machines. Only took one star off because bathrooms could be cleaned a little more often and a few of my favorite machines are missing, but I highly recommend this place.Best bonus: no one enforces the masks and I loooove it!
