The staff was friendly and I love the fact that they greet you coming and going! The cleaning stations are always stock. I'm also glad to see all the people cleaning the equipment when they are finished. My experience has been awesome.

I really do like this place to workout. I’ve been going here since 6/21 and I’ve seen some decent improvement. I feel great working out and doing good. I use the free kids summer workout thing and I don’t have to pay. I love it!!

I love going here, always see the same friendly faces at the counter, clean locker rooms and people are respectful. My only complaint would have to be I wish they had more 20/30 lbs dumbbells as those are the most common typically and it would be nice not having to wait 😅 …

My husband and I just completed signing up for our membership. We were helped and toured around by Sky. She’s a very funny and great employee who I think will be a great friend to see at the gym. Definitely answered any questions either my husband or I had. So friendly and an great tour guide.We are definitely excited to start working out again. I am happy I will feel comfortable in a gym, being a new being in a different physical one and not just at home.

This place continues to go down hill. I'll pick any location anywhere except for this one.Bathroom is a mess and the music loud and unbearable to listen to. Let me repeat..bathrooms are disgusting.I not only blame the management but the clients. Who dumps a whole can of powder deodorant on the floor?

We have a mask mandate in Durham County, yet this facility the management will not enforce it. I have spoken with corporate, middle management and on site management. They have begrudgingly put up a sign about the mandate after I insisted. Yet the have removed the plexiglass dividers at the counter, removed all of the Social distancing signs and do nothing to remind members about the wearing of masks. When I spoke with management I was told that if i was unhappy, I could put MY membership on hold. I cancelled it because I felt they were endangering me and all of the other members. They don't understand that masks keep other folks contaminates out of the air. My mask protects other and their mask use protects me. But because some folks complained about not liking to workout with a mask...instead of telling them to put their membership on hold...they essentially threw out the law abiding member.

Always clean. Everyone cleans equipment after each use for Covid 19's standards as well. Staff is beyond helpful and friendly. PF is great. Try it and you will be hooked. Literally changed my life

After NC gyms were open, I went immediately to cancel my membership (because why would anyone go to a gym during this time?). Along with that, there has been many times where people don't wipe down equipment, and of course, paper towels are unavailable, an it's very clear that the cleaning solution is watered down (it's a different hue every day you show up)I waited for a good 10 minutes, as people were served that came in after me, and I was told to wait by one attendant because only one person was able to cancel memberships. When they were finally available, I mentioned that I wanted to cancel, told them my information, and then was told I was, "good to go." The next month, I was charged yet again for my membership, and upon calling, they could then magically cancel my membership, but couldn't refund my money. If Planet Fitness can't cancel my membership, do you really believe they're going to do enough to keep you from getting sick?

I like that I can run into this location (or any location with my Black Card Membership) and put in as much or as little workout time, whenever I'm able to do so. Very convenient, friendly staff, lots of equipment, and an inviting environment! Overall, it's clean and there's plenty of supplies available to make sure we all can stay on top of proper sanitation.

I have a black card membership which allows me to go to any Planet Fitness. This location is the one I use the most. It is just as clean and well-maintained as every other Planet Fitness I have visited over the years. It has enough workout equipment that what I need to use is almost always available. Social distancing is surprisingly overall well-respected. These days most people don't wear masks here -- they are not required. I cant remember if this location has tanning beds or massage beds because I rarely use them. But as far as PFs go, this one is great. I always feel comfortable here and the staff are kind and helpful.
