SPENGA is so awesome!! I haven't had a ton of spin experience before starting their classes, but their classes are awesome and motivating for people of all levels. It's really a perfect combination of cardio, strength, and recovery. Their instructors are wonderful, equipment is great, the community is supportive. So thankful to have found SPENGA!!

Wonderful workout in a clean environment with great instructors. Combo of spin strength and yoga is really awesome. Strength can be challenging but that’s probably bc I’m weak!

Friendly staff, fantastic instructors and a fun and challenging balanced workout. I have not found another studio where I can get my cardio, strength and yoga all in one hour. Love it!

I've been a member since their inception! It's taken me an entire year to post a review because I am speechless when trying to articulate the exemplary quality of Spenga Chapel Hill. I've had the blessing to work with first class instructors like Leslie, Tatum and Rainey! Not to mention the owners Suejette and Hutter... They are all truly amazing individuals and have built a solid culture of WERK and FAMILY. My all time favorite way to sweat. <3

SPEEENNNNGGGAA! The perfect combo for me: 20min of hard cardio spin, 20min of strong strength building and 20min of great flexibility yoga! The facility is immaculate, the instructors are energetic, provide detailed instructions and encouragement, the music is wonderfully loud and eclectic!!! I am thrilled to be working out and keeping my body healthy at SPENGA Chapel Hill!

Spenga is amazing! I have been searching for a workout studio to call home after moving to the area, and I am so happy I found Spenga. It is the perfect mix of a workout--cardio, strength and yoga in every session. I have never done spinning regularly before and I can't believe the difference I've seen after just 5 classes. 20 minutes of each exercise is the perfect amount of time. No boredom, you work really hard and before you know it that sequence is over, and the total hour just flies by.
