Triangle Self-Defense & Tactical Training

I'd never shot a firearm before, but after taking this course I felt very comfortable holding, handling and shooting the rental. And I'm a pretty decent shot thanks to the guidance of the instructors (see photo). It was fun and they are very knowledgeable.

I thoroughly enjoyed my training at Triangle Self-Defense & Tactics for my concealed carry! Stewart is very knowledgeable in weapons training and overall defense tactics. My husband is already excited to sign up for his July course. I will definitely be investing in further training opportunities to elevate my defense abilities. Triangle Self-Defense is terrific. All the instructors are well-balanced and highly skilled in Martial Arts. I've dedicated my time to learning Krav and enjoy taking the classes. Not only do you learn self-defense, but you are taught the real-life consequences and situations you may find yourself dealing with if done without restraint. I just earned my yellow belt and cannot wait to get my orange belt. If you're looking for practical self-defense training and a great workout, I highly recommend Triangle Self-Defense.

This class was great learned a lot more about Gun safety and handling. The instructor is a cool dude to learn from great communication, great time management!

Good active shooter training. Stewart walked us through different types of defensive actions, was patient and gave hands-on demonstrations

The class was fun. The range was even more fun. The instructor followed all safety protocols and had more than enough staff at the range to ensure everyone's safety.

I dropped in for a bjj class while visiting Durham and had a wonderful experience! Coach Stewart and everyone on the mats were extremely gracious and welcoming. I’ll be back for sure anytime I’m in the area.

My experience with coach - (Stewart Edmiston), and coach - (kon klissouras) has been amazing, I love both of these coaches as a great mentor and coach. I am a very curious student whenever I have a question I never hesitate to ask and, they never hesitate to answer Triangle - self defense is the way to go. Mr. Stewart was the funniest most understanding teacher and he always made it easier for us to understand no matter how many questions we had he wanted to make sure we got it in our own way…best in the triangle without a doubt definitely will recommend, thanks again.

Went for a concealed carry class. Instructor was very knowledgeable and shared practical information beyond what is required. Another instructor also provided advice after the range portion, which I appreciated. I plan to take additional classes with them.
